4:30 PM. The sky was still light, it seemed. It was becoming Summer, finally, which meant there was some hope to be had in the shining rays of our home star. A lone figure stood simply atop a roof, looking downwards at the streets, discreetly, no-one at the ground even batting an eye.
"Measures need to be taken. I won't stand idly about any longer... they're doing all they can, the least I can do is try to offer the best assistance I can give. Hopefully, it will be enough." Though it wasn't obvious, the masked person seemed to be looking downwards at the station, leaning on a railway at the roof. If someone happened to look upwards, they'd simply turn around and walk away. Perhaps this wasn't the most inconspicuous disguise, they could have done better, but it protected his identity nonetheless in the long run. They were just waiting... waiting for the appointed time.

Sigh. This was honestly a bit ridiculous. Sure, he was somewhat curious, but this person was weird in some way. He just couldn't really deduce what it was. Then again, he didn't think he needed to worry too much in this situation. It wasn't as if he was obligated to actually do anything in the end. So what mattered was seeing what it was really about. For now, at least.
...and maybe make it into a small trip. He hasn't been to Standasen in ages. This place just wasn't really that interesting. Nor did he have any reason to hang out here rather than at other places. Why here could be a question too, but hell if he knew. He honestly didn't know much about Standasen at all. For now, he would walk about calmly. He would get to see eventually either way....
