"Welcome to my humble store. My name is Akumu Yume. We offer many services here from upgrading items and weapons, to fusing two items and strengthening them at a modest cost of Velvet Coins (Vc). How may I help you?"
What is it?: This is where you are able to take any odd ore you find in the dungeon, which you can come cross in Shuffle Times or chests, and can use a number of the same material to upgrade an item, weapon, or armor. They can increase its potential in either strength, restoration, or whatever it may be designed to do.
There are six types of ore you can find in the dungeon that can be used to upgrade your items, armor, or weapons:
Petty - Petty is the most common and weakest ore you can find, though it can still do at least something for your wares. It increases the prowess of your object by 5%
Common - While not as weak as Petty ore, it is still almost just as common, and almost as weak. It increases the prowess of your object by 10%
Average - As it sounds, not a bad ore, but not the best. It increases the prowess of your object by 15%
Superior - On the upper end of ore. It is less common than most ores, but it is definitely worth it every time it is found. It increases the prowess of your object by 20%
Rare - One of the least common materials you can find. It increases the prowess of your object by 25%
Extraordinary - The most highly-prized ore that can be found anywhere, and has the most output in melding. It increases the prowess of your object by 30%
You can pick any type of ore to upgrade your materials, however you can only pick one type, and you must have five of the same ore to upgrade your material. When upgraded, it's prowess it increased, so if you were to upgrade a Medicine which restores 50 HP with three Superior ores, it will give you 20% more health, which would give you 60 HP instead of 50. There are varying prices for each upgrade depending on what you are using your ore on and which ore it is:
Petty: To upgrade an Item - 1000 Vc
To upgrade armor/weapon - 2000 Vc
Common: To upgrade an item - 2000 Vc
To upgrade armor/weapon - 4000 Vc
Average: To upgrade an item - 3000 Vc
To upgrade armor/weapon - 6000 Vc
Superior: To upgrade an item - 4000 Vc
To upgrade armor/weapon - 8000 Vc
Rare: To upgrade an item - 5000 Vc
To upgrade armor/weapon - 10000 Vc
Extraordinary: To upgrade an item - 6000 Vc
To upgrade armor/weapon - 12000 Vc
You can also sell back your ore and earn Vc that way for the following prices:
Petty - 500
Common - 1000
Average - 1500
Superior - 2000
Rare - 2500
Extraordinary - 3000
Fusing ItemsHow to fuse items?: Certain items can be brought to Akumu and for a small fee, can be melded into a better version of it. All that is required is two of the same item and enough Velvet Coins to pay for said fusion.
Below is a list of items that can be fused, and what it will turn into, along with the price to fuse them:
• Medicine - Medical Powder - Bead - Bead Chain (1500 - 3000 - 4500)
• Snuff Soul - Chewing Soul - Precious Egg (1500 - 3000)
• Revival Bead - Balm of Life (4000)
• Any Patra Gem with itself or another 'Dis' Gem - Me Patra Gem (1000)
• Any two Sutras - The effect of it will be boosted to 6 turns when used (5000)
Please note that the last items on the list cannot be fused into something greater. The Bead Chain, Precious Egg, etc. Those items are the farthest items can be fused into. The prices next to it refer to the prices for each fusion, so to fuse two Medicines into a Medical Powder costs 1500 Vc. To fuse two Medical Powders into a Bead costs 3000 Vc, and two Beads to make a Bead Chain cost 4500 Vc. The same applies to the rest.
Gem items can be fused as well (Agilao Gems, Bufula Gems, etc.) to give it the power of the next Tier up. So fusing two Agilao Gems will create an 'Agidyne' Gem. Megido Gems can also be fused into Megidola Gems. The price to fuse these gems is 8000 Vc, while fusing two Megido Gems would cost 10,000 Vc
When making a transaction of fusion or upgrading, or if you are selling back ore, you will place it under the commodities thread as a transaction post like any other purchase and just specify what you are doing.
