Persona Appearance: A white Unicorn, wearing dragonscale mail and decorative plating on it's body. The eyes, mane, tail and hoofs are made of blue flames. She stands at an impressive 7'2" tall, and is thus large enough for both Mae and two other passengers.

Persona Background: The qilin is a mythical hooved chimerical creature known in Chinese and other East Asian cultures, said to appear with the imminent arrival or passing of a sage or illustrious ruler. It is a good omen thought to occasion prosperity or serenity. It is often depicted with what looks like fire all over its body. It is sometimes called the "Chinese unicorn" when compared with the Western unicorn.

Passive Boosts: Qilin gets a latent 15% boost to all of it's Fire-based skills due to it's Magician Arcana

Description: A Somewhat weak fire attack which increases the damage of the Next Fire move used on the target with a 15% boost. This additional effect cannot stack.

You can only have one of those boosts from your fusion skill for 3 turns since buffing Fire skills by 50% is already at Tier 3 level. Or you can keep the reduction of ice damage. Also your Human Skill can only either attack or increase damage for the next fire attack or you can lower the boost to 15% and it also would not stack. Everything else looks fine.
