Appearance: Etsuo appears to be a guy standing around 5'9 with a slim body figure, most noticeably about him is his raven back hair with bright blue eyes. He can typically be seen with the school uniform on him with no special modification of any sort. However on the days that they are off, and he is off campus, he can be found wearing a white shirt and a dark blue jacket along with jeans. In the summer time though this will be changed for some shorts, jeans more likely than not. Most noticeable, if he isn't wearing jeans that once can notice a few scars on his legs that he earned when he was younger, playing where he wasn't suppose to be in the first place. He is often wearing a smile on his face if he is among friends from the moment that he seems them, a very small one though. In an unfamiliar area, or amongst people that he has yet to met he will show a look like he is zoned out and not focused on the people he is around sometimes.

Personality:
In terms of who Etsuo is, he is a person that tries to be carefree and do what he believes is right. In a sense standing for his own ideals no matter what the consequences of such might bring to him. Having to adapt to living in a new place many times in his life, it had become a major bother to him until his father allowed him to stay in one place. He has a very open attitude towards strangers however, he can also seem distant at times depending on how he feels with new things. This is due to his focus being drawn sometimes to the environment and the little things going on around him.

He seems to have a liking for the color blue, as he doesn't mind much of anything affiliated with it and it calms him. He also enjoys sweets and foods that don't have much spice, for hobbies, he enjoys running and reading novels, which has lead him to his part time job. He prefers fantasy as his favorite genre, historical fiction being a close second to it. His favorite subject in school being Reading, as he can never grow dull of it. He also likes to experiencing new things at times, stepping outside of his limits and bounds.

On the other hand, Etsuo hates the color brown for some reason or another, he also hates having to leave a friend, however even more so he hates being kept in one place unable to do much of anything. He hates when he is told that there is only one way as he always wants to make another one at least available even if it isn't exactly all that better than the previous.

He desires to live a life of excitement rather than a dull one, utilizing what he can to do such. What he has recently read can also have a great deal of influence on this. He also desires to find a place that he can call his only home, while the Azores area offers him a lot, he hasn't settled on it just yet.

Finally, Etsuo has one outstanding fear, has a fear of falling, for some odd reason, any kind of requirement to jump off of something even just 5 ft. up gives him a bit of a shiver. He has been trying to cope with it, but it has been difficult to with most of their travel being by plane with the fear of it ever crashing as well.

—Description: in training his endurance for running, he severely lacked in training his upper body, making him have weaker than average upper body strength.

—Description: Etsuo puts too much focus into a single thing that he can be found caught up in it than the other things that might be around.

—Description: Due to his body type, he is a very light person in terms of weight and mass, as such it should be easier for forces to act against him and receive a good effect against him.

The Background

History: 16 years ago, Etsuo was born and raised in his younger years in Japan, however his mother would eventually pass away due to illness and his father took upon a job that would require constant travel and moving. This was the life that Etsuo had to accept whether he would like it or not, and he certainly didn't. There was no one else that wanted to take him, and there was no one anyway that his father would allow as he wanted to spend as much time as he could with his son, unlike his own father had. His father's job was that of a private detective and he seemed fairly good at it, and on the occasion would even be called in by the police to assist them. He, however had no interest in it and came to just hate the experiences altogether over the years. As he grew older, he would wander further and further away from his father on those various trips. Especially at one specific time when he was around 11 years old or such.

His father was working on yet another case that ended up taking them outside of the country again, in turn, Etsuo met a variety of new people, many however that he couldn't speak too. But with the friends that he could make, he went on a grand adventure with, the rush of such moments were becoming the only thing that made him stand the trips any longer. However on this one occasion, he also broke his leg in an accident, jumping off from a distance that was far too much for him and he didn't land quite right as he intended. It seemed that the event had triggered something within his father though, and the chain of freedom that he had, was becoming shorter with each coming trip, to the point that it didn't exist any longer, and there weren't many conversations between Etsuo and his father. Until one day, they figured out that they really had no relationship to go on, so Etsuo got what he had always wanted all along, the ability to stay in one place.

So he had all of his things and went on a plane separate from his father's. The destination was Zela Academy.
