| In my opinion, the vast majority of Tactical Skills are too high in the tiers, I believe all of them, except for Escape Route and Third Eye, should be brought down a tier. | |

| With Remote View you could keep your team together and healthy while being a dungeon length apart. Totally not Tier 1 and I think it's pushing Tier 2 already. Analysis shows you enemy weaknesses at Tier 2. Seeing how Support skills are actually special in the Persona verse I can understand that one being as 2. And no Persona here needs to unlock a Tier 1 skill, as you start off with them. So lowering it changes nothing. Full Analysis shows you everything about your opponent. From skills to health to weaknesses. That's too much information under Tier 2 Healing wave will be useful during dungeons since the support can be with anyone and basically beef them up during and after each fight. Too strong for anything less imo They're that high because if used together, your entire team would be supported even when separated apart. That's abit too much at lower tiers without some extra cost. And seeing how most the stuff is passive, you're not even burning SP to use it. That's just my view point on it though | |

| Hm?, With Remote View you can keep them healed?, I didn't know that, not at all. Are you sure though?, I didn't get that reading from what I saw.
Precisely seeing how Analyze is the most basic Tactical Skill, it should be logical for it to be a tier 1 skill. Plus, since you say it wouldn't change anything at all, why not lower it?, It'd make sense and it's not like there was a real problem lowering it.
Since it's just an upgraded Analyze, by the same logic it should be a tier above it, but I can see it being a tier 3 though.
The problem with Healing wave is that its just a 15% each 4 posts, what equates to a single crappy Dia spell every friggin' 8 rounds. Most combats wont be that long, nor does it have enough healing power to be worth a tier 3 slot, much less to compete against the other healing skills available at that level, such as Mediaharan, that friggin' heals the whole group to the max and Amrita, that heals all status effects. Damn it!, It's supposed not to be much inferior to Salvation, that heals EVERYTHING and is just a tire above!... Definitely a tier 2 skill. I know it does not cost any MP, but damn it, since you recover 5% your MP each time you spend a turn without launching any spell, you more than gain the MP to launch a Mediarama or even a Mediaharan in the time it takes for Healing wave to heal as much as a Media!... For this one to be a tier 3 ability, it should be at least a 20% every 2 posts. You are supposed to have powerful stuff at tier 3!

| Then just get Mediaharan and burn SP. Healing Wave is a skill that occurs anywhere through the dungeon, and who's to say a fight won't last that long? The fact you can be standing at the entrance of the dungeon and constantly healing people every four posts just by being there is enough. It's not a mandatory move. o.o Though a slight boost in health given may be a good idea. So I'll pass that onto Philemon. | |
