| Today is a wonderful day. A day to go shopping, go swim in the ocean, even sport a new swimsuit. And today Kogoro was doing what he usually did, horrible spear fishing. His pitch black hair was tied up in a ponytail using the tie of his suit, loose strands falling into his face now and again. The jacket and dress shirt were propped up cleanly on a tree branch nearby, and his pants were rolled up to the knee. He had a long branch he found on the ground, and sharpened it to a point. He was sweating profusely, and wiped his forehead as he missed a fish once more. His legs, of course, were perfectly fine. That was because right now he was waded in to his knees in the crystal blue water. He let out a sigh and kept down a scream of anger as he saw the fish he missed rush off. "Stupid fish..." He took a deep breath and looked around for another fish. He noticed one just as his stomach was growling. It was swimming at a slow pace towards his direction, and Kogoro slowly raised his spear and got a firm grip on it.
He held his breath as it went right in front of him, and striked. The tip went through the fish, impaling it.He quickly pulled out the spear and saw the fish wriggling, seeing a small bit of blood in the water. He smiled and went close to the tree where his clothes were, pulling it off the spear. It had died already and stopped moving so it was easy to remove. "One down, about 4 more to go." He sighed in frustration and sat down for a rest, drinking some of the clear river water to quench his thirst. He was tired, and was getting fed up. But, he needed food so he had to continue....But after he relaxed in the shade a bit, he didn't want to get sunburned.

| Akira was lazing around as usual, listening to his music and staring up at the sky. He heard someone scream so he followed the noise to investigate. Akira stopped moving as soon as he saw a boy with a long stick. After observing him, Akira figured out that he was spearing fish. As the boy sat down in the shade, Akira stepped out of hiding and introduced himself.
"Yo, I see that you're spearing some fish here. I wonder if it's legal, oh well. My name is Akira nice to meet you." Akira said as he approached the boy.

| Hm, strange. After getting almost squished in the crowded streets by people who were probably hurrying either to the local circus or something along those lines, Sharaku had promptly decided the busy town was out of question for the rest of the day. Feeling like a sandwich did not make him happy no matter which angle he looked at it from. Therefore, he ended up wandering to the outskirts, near the water. Which was rather ironic, as it was the first time being there for him since he settled down in Penecia. Well, a change of the usual scenery was never a bad thing. Seeing the same stuff everyday had a way of boring him anyway, that he knew very well.
What surprised him was that he apparently wasn't the only person who decided to take a trip there. This one black haired man was...fishing? How unusual. Sharaku would have guessed it to be easier to simply buy fish, rather than getting through the trouble of chatching them by hand. To each their own though. He wouldn't have considered approaching, until he saw another person close by. This one was much more familiar. He was pretty sure he saw that young man at the local theme park once. Ha, what a coincidence. Well, maybe it wouldn't be bad to go over for a talk after all. "Mind if I join? I'm sure the fish would enjoy the added company." , he would speak up in a friendly tone, though he was joking around a bit. He needed some sort of outlet anyway, after getting almost flattened earlier today.

| Startled by a voice, Kogoro was about to grab for his spear before he saw that it was a seemingly harmless kid. He was about to respond when he was interrupted by another voice, a man from the sounds of it. He sighed and turned around, looking at the two. He had the same, expressionless face he usually has. He turned to the both of them and sighed once more. "Well, I didn't expect this. Can I ask you how exactly you found me, or why you're out here?" He didn't like company all too much, especially when it's unexpected. But, they didn't seem hostile, one even seemed to be care free and cracked a joke. "Now, forgive me if I'm being impolite, but who are you guys?" If anything he'd like a name. That way he wouldn't feel so awkward, and he felt awkward enough with the pile of dead fish next to him. He actually got a few more fish, and seemed to be getting better. He figured that these two would become good company, but he wasn't totally okay with that. | |

| "Hm? I found you when I followed the loud scream I heard when i was lying down near by. My name's Akira." Akira said with a wide smile. The boy there didn't seem too bad. Though he sounded a bit hostile at the start but it was probably just Sharaku and Akira popping out of nowhere. "That's a lot of fish you caught, need help catching more?" Akira asked. It would be nice to help someone out to clear the bit of awkwardness or it might make it worse. | |

| Hm, the blackhaired young man didn't seem too happy about company with all the sighing he gave. Maybe even suspicious as well, if he wanted to know not only why were they here but also how rhey found him to be exact. Well, there wasn't really a reason for the guy to not be wary about being approached outta nowhere though. "Well, simply said, I was walking around these parts. It isn't hard to spot someone fishing out here, and mostly when you're the only one here. It does draw attention whether you want it or not." Sharaku would answer with a slight shrug, but in a friendly tone. It wasn't like he came here to disturb anyone too much. He did briefly wonder what kind of scream Akira was talking about, but he let that be in favour of answering the second inquiry. "I'm Sharaku. A pleasure too meet you." Pleasant meetings aside, Akira was asking if the other needed help, but he was sorta doubting that. "I don't know about you, but from my perception it seemed he was taking a break. Though I suppose helping out with that wouldn't be impossible either.", he would comment, with a slightly amused smile. He figured it was most likely meant in general, but he didn't feel like being too serious at the moment | |
