Persona's Arcana: Wheel of Fortune
Owner: Kichirou Yoshida
Persona Appearance: Young humanoid appearence, but with four wings sprouting from his back, a cyan greek gown and pink-ish skin, with rose petals floating around him.
Persona Background: Lesser god of the West wind, bringer of spring and one of the four lesser wind gods, the Anemoi. He can control flowers and plants.
Strengths: Wind and Slash.
Weaknesses: Electric and Strike.
Passive Boosts: 15% wind boost.

| For your Human Skill, it'll be a percentage of HP as a cost. If it is meant to be a Tier 1 attack, then it would just be your dex stat as the damage. As for the ailment, it is too low of a Tier to give a random ailment. You can pick one ailment it has a 10% chance of inflicting however. If you need a cost of HP to match that kind of attack, 7-8% of HP will be just fine.

| When I say 7%, I mean it'll be 7% of HP all the time, so it won't end up being that number you have consistently. You can just say 7% HP as your cost. Fix that and you're good. | |
