Appearance:

Anubis is a dark skinned young woman that stands at the height of 5'8 and has a toned build. She is a very class woman that wears the newest trends, and always stays up to date when it comes to fashion. Surprisingly her skin is without blemishes and is smooth, even though she was previously a test subject like the rest of the Forgotten. This strange past of hers does not loosen her mood one bit, as she's very upbeat and ready to hassle with anyone looking to buy her wares. On the backside of her waist are two holsters that cross each other; both holding her dual guns. Though people think they are just for show, the Shadow guns are surely real and always on her person just incase some sort of conflict is to happen.

Personality:

One would think Anubis would be the shy type because her time in a cage, but to be honest it had little effect on her. Infact she's grateful she was put in that situation, because it gave her a new ability thanks to the Shadows she was bonded too. While many of the other subjects were unwilling to comply with the Yachiru group, she was more than welcome to assist in their studies until the time she could escape them. Gaining their trust was the best way of getting away, right? And so it worked. However, even with freed, Anubis was tempted by things that got her in trouble the first place. When it comes to money, she's greedy for it. One would think she'd sell an arm and a leg for a bit of green.

Though the woman is rather kind and friendly, she also never trusts anyone that comes her way. Call it being suspicious of everyone, but just because she didn't mind a cage before doesn't mean she wants to go back. She's well aware she's probably being hunted down by the Yachiru group, so she rarely trusts anyone. Even when it comes down to jobs involving money, she will think once or twice before taking a serious plunge, but this is rare. Her only business partners are the Shadows she uses as weapons and holds onto her hips.

Anubis is also human, so she does get upset. Most of these times she will drown her problems in the bottom of an alcohol bottle. It's not one of her best traits, but she is known not to hesitate when it comes to such a thing. It's not a quality she necessarily likes about herself.

She's also a very proud woman, but that's to be expanded on during certain situations...

The Potential

Strengths:

—Strength Name: Duel Wielder
—Description: Anubis is proficient in combat when dual wielding weapons. More specifically, her Shadow Weapon. She can move, jump, shift hands, etc without the worry of missing her target on a normal means.

—Strength Name: On Field Medic
—Description: Being on the road and working various jobs makes you pick up alot of talents. Anubis carries a med kit with her that holds supplies for up to two people. When she "patches" someone up, it restores 50 of their HP. She only has enough for two people each topic, meaning once she's out, she is out. It takes 400 words to patch someone up.

—Strength Name: Visual Prowess
—Description: Anubis' eyes are abnormally keen. They can see in great detail and spot even the most subtle movements from various things. Perhaps her visual aptitude was the reason the Shadow that bonded with her took the shape of a gun.

—Strength Name: Unlimited Bullet Works
—Description: Anubis' guns can generate its own ammo, meaning she does not need to carry ammo with her on her person. (She still follows the reload rules however)

—Strength Name: Alchemist
—Description: Maya has the unique skill of combining various wares (does not work on equip items) to double their effects and give a plus 20%. For example, two 50 HP health items could be combined into one 120 HP health item. She uses this skill mostly with her store to make business on the side. It takes 600 words to fuse two items.

Weaknesses:

—Weakness Name: Money is my Motivation
—Description: Like any other person, Anubis enjoys the company of money. Unlike an other person, she is clinically obsessed with money. Her ideals can be swayed if money is on the line; even going as far as going against everything she stands for if there is an ample sum.

—Weakness Name: Alcoholic
—Description: If given a good chance, Anubis will not pass up a drink. Though her Shadow despises this, she still cannot shake the bad habit. It helps her cope with her past, but still does cause some trouble for her near future.

—Weakness Name: Close Range Is not my Forte
—Description: Being a gunmage type fighter, close range isn't her best option in combat. She prefers to fight at the distance if she can, as she has very little training in straight hand to hand combat. She's not useless in hand to hand, but she won't be over powering someone who studies in close range fighting for a living.

—Weakness Name: Suspicious of All
—Description: She will never fully trust someone. Infact, she can't remember the last time she has trusted someone. Being an experiment makes you nervous and anxious around others, especially if you think they are working with the people that kept you locked up for years.

—Weakness Name: Poor Sense of Direction
—Description: To be frank, Anubis has a horrible sense of direction. She can hardly tell her left from her right, so if you tell her to meet you somewhere specific get ready to wait for hours. When it comes to navigation, she's the last person you'd want to follow because you'd learn you're walking in circles.

The Background

History:

Not much is known about Anubis' past, even coming from her own head. This could be the side effects of the countless experiments done to her in the Yachiru labs for months. What she does remember is her original name, Maya, and that's all she needs. Her codename, however, was Anubis. When she was first bonded to her Shadows, she did not mind it. Infact, she was more willing for the transfer than the actual Shadows involved. Unlike other Forgotten, she was quick to trust and become a team with her new weapons, which helped aide her escape in the end. During the incident of Red Zones in Ueitawa, she took the opportunity to escape during one of her transports over the Yoroshiku Bridge. Thanks to being one of the only ones with her potential unlocked, excluding other Forgotten, she took that opportunity to escape the Yachiru Group and Ueitawa altogether.

After about half a year of traveling, she found herself a new home in the strange region of Azores. She wasn't the type to enjoy islands and water, but she figured it was the perfect area to rebuild her life from the bottom up. She had only hoped those of the Yachiru Group would stick to Ueitawa and not come searching for her in her neck of the woods.

You are gonna have to almost double your word count requirement to combine items, since you are making a beefy item and adding 20% to the total healing prowess and 400 words are a bit too easy. 600 would be fine since you are not making these items out of thin air and instead combining items you found or bought. Apart from that, it's looking good.
