Description: London Calling has the power of passively control air, compressing it, thinning it, generating air currents and bubbles and even controlling the proportion of the elements found in its composition in a small area (10 meters). None of this deals any damage at all, but it can be used for a number of utilities outside and in combat. Additionally, any offensive actions performed by Kira have a 40% chance of causing the Hindering Gust ailment. In PvS its use is restricted to this chance of causing Hindering Gust. This 'Fusion Attack' is always active.
