Persona Appearance:
Khione's normal appearance is the form of a woman of about six feet tall wrapped in mostly winter clothing with a scarf constantly twirling from her neck. Her hair has two snowflake-like pins over them and a larger snowflake somewhat bigger than her overall floats and spins slowly behind her back. But the most notable feature about her are the large twirling snowflake chakrams that she spin at amazing speeds to generate the icy winds around her much like a fan of sorts which a stationary chakram under the mobile one that acts mostly as a handle. When using more powerful abilities, sometimes ice will freeze on various parts of her body or snow or frost may obscure her person.

Her divine form which she takes rarely; (Only when using Tier 4 skills or her fusion skill, and will change back when using lower Tier skills and does not have any in-game bonus) is still the same size as before, though now with a humanoid body formed by many different shapes which are all slick and cold to the touch, suggesting it is either ice, snow, or some other cold material. The floating snowflake behind her disappears, or rather it splits off into six sharp icicles that float behind her.


Persona Background: Khione is the minor Greek goddess of ice and snow, and the daughter of Boreas and Oreithyia, a woman taken against her will and a consort to Boreas, more commonly referred to as a nymph in other texts. Her godly dominion resides over both snow and ice specifically.

Passive Boosts: Latent 15% boost in Ice skills

Persona Skill List:

Skill 1: Frost Bite | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a freeze ailment with each bufu skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc ice. May cause freeze that makes your next attack undodgable. Wears off the opponent's next turn. [in PvS - in PvP it lowers opponent mobility and agility by 15% and partially freezes them in place until their next turn].  Can be put out by an agi skill used on self that matches tier. Effects do not stack. | Passive | Tier 1 (25% for multi-target skills and 35% with single target skills due to latent Arcana Boost)

Description: When the attack is used, Khione takes on her divine form for the duration of the attack before vanishing (Look of Form Above) Khione summons icy winds that envelop Lorielle and all of her allies to restore their HP to full and buff their defense by 30% for three turns.

Try to make the Pvs and PvP applications atleast aliittle closer to practicality. It's like two different skills here. They should atleast be sort of related or do the same thing for both types of combat.

That's what I figured, I just wanted to be sure. Just decided to do away with the idea. Edited.
