Velvet Attendant "William" would contact those who have had their potential realized, and were connected to Ejji Reiguu through a Social Link. Calling those who have on their cellphone, he'd leave a message for them simply stating:
"Hello,
This is William from the Velvet Room. We have not yet been formally introduced, but my main purpose is to inform our guests of certain events that may befall them. It seems as though one of your acquaintances has been taken to "Limbo". My master suspects he was thrown into Limbo sometime during his day, as he doesn't have the mentally unstable characteristics of someone who has been forcefully taken there by their shadow. I recommend traveling into Limbo and assisting him before he loses his life. If you succeed, you will be rewarded. Good bye."
And just like that, the one named William would hang up the phone abruptly. After all, he wasn't as spunky as his female counterpart Justine.
