As Rinne placed her finger directly to her heart, Mir seemed to fizzle slightly, her eyes just entering a short burst of lights as some sparks came out of them. It wouldn't be major, and nothing noteworthy, but the interference was clear, and the android tried her best to keep it under control, gritting her teeth as her limbs stood at attention to her side. When it was done, she would almost slump, huffing, and her chest would close, hiding the Plume of Dusk inside once again... lord, that was an experience. But she was happy, happy that she at least had someone she could share it with.

"I haven't met anyone else like myself either, actually... knowing that androids are accepted in this world was honestly surprising and, actually, it made me happy..." Mir righted her posture, placing a hand on her chest. "Oh, of course, don't worry about it, I'll be sure they make it to them... it'll be a bit awkward talking to your parents about you, I'm sure, but it should go just fine." Honestly, she was happy right now, with peace of mind. It couldn't be said Mir wanted to leave, but she had to... in her world, there were more important things to accomplish, and she had a duty to fulfill. The android girl took the lockets and treated them the same way she did the other items, placing them neatly inside her pocket so they wouldn't be damaged. Though...

"A change...?" Mir pondered for a moment, before hearing a voice behind her. "Change is natural, it's how people grow stronger. Without change, you can't live; after all, it is the oddities that make life, not the routine."

"Do you understand, my User? Ich bin du. Sie sind Mir. I'll teach you how to progress through life, as a mask you wear to face life's hardships. I am the Persona Scáthach, and we, are each other."

Mir only faced her Persona as she appeared so suddenly... a change within her, a new Persona, was this what Rinne meant? Did she want to change? Did she want to be more... human? She couldn't figure out what it meant to be human... but maybe she could understand that it wasn't about your body, or your biology, it was your essence.

"Rinne... even if I have to leave, I won't forget you. Ever. You taught me a lot, about worrying, about having someone to care for... about being human. I think I can admit to you, I grew to like this world, I wish there was a way I could come back... but instead, I'll find a way to make my world better, into a place where my world's version of you can live happily. Who knows, maybe I'll get to meet you then, even if it isn't exactly you..." She lowered her guard, and as she spoke, a few tears fell from her eyes. "I heard once... the circumstances of one's birth are irrelevant. It is what you do with the gift of life that defines who you are." The android turned towards the tower and waited for a moment, looking back at Rinne, as if prodding her to walk back with her, so she could at least say goodbye to everyone else. Scathach too seemed to vanish into a fine blue mist, dispersing into the cold night's wind.

With Mir's disappearance from the reality, the void would vanish and cut off the realities for good. Another one was down, and the team had made another step towards the peak of the tower.. Though the children of a possible future believed in them, it left no guarantee that they'd be successful in their final stretch..
