Clockwork Orange takes the form of a 12 feet tall humanoid creature. He always wears a melon hat and a mirror like mask which reflect light, but also the face of anyone watching him. Anyone who is watching this mask may feel uneasy or even nauseous. He wears a black coat where cogs and orange pattern are present in multiple places. Under this coat there is a white shirt covered in blood and a black tie where a little logo of the movie is pined. His hands are covered by white gloves but even with this fabric his long nails made to keep open the eyes of his victims are visible. On his red trouser are attached many chains, reflecting his criminal past. His black shoes are elegant bur once again covered in blood and spikes. When he is summoned clocks starts and create a strange melody. Clockwork Orange uses a cane-sword, if he wants to do strike damage he keep his sheath and if he wants to do slash damage he show the sharpness of his blade. This way he can take his full time toying with his victim until he wants to behold their blood. Clockwork Orange also has the will to make his enemies feel the same agony he had to endure after he was denied of his feelings that is why he used skills perturbing the psyche of his victims. It is also because of his conditioning that he is able to change the world has he pleased around him, if he was denied of his humanity then so be it but others will fall too. His proficiency in buff and debuff skills is linked to that.  

Persona Background: Clockwork Orange is the manifestation of Alex DeLarge, the main character of the novel and the movie A Clockwork Orange. In this story Alex DeLarge is a young and violent delinquent who only love classical music and ultra-violence. He is also a charming character thanks to his cute face and funny made-up language, the Nadsat. One day Alex is betrayed by his droogs, the fellow members of his group and sends to prison. He is sentenced for many decades in a cell because of his crimes, but he is chosen as a guinea pig for some experiments. The government wants to heal violent behavior by conditioning all the delinquents. After long and difficult weeks Alex finds himself in nausea state any times he faces or thinks about violence or classical music. Alex finds himself unable to feel any joy without Beethoven music or bloodshed and try to kill himself. Clockwork Orange is a liberated manifestation of Alex, able to hear as much music as he wants. Even if Alexandre despises his persona, Clockwork Orange really likes him and his too kind heart. He wants to push his user to his limit in order to make of him a true droog worthy of his love for Ultra-Violence and Ludwig Van.

9th Symphony: You may wanna rework how it's made here. It can't be done on whim for the debuff, but you can say it's randomized. Just know that in PvP, putting into submission can't be done automatically. Just move the inflicting of moderate damage and debuffs to the Description.

The Good Old Ludwig Van! I get the description is just fluff, but what you wrote in type of damage is where you're supposed to list it. You can write buff and debuff instead in Type of Damage.

As for the percentage, you can do lower defense by 30%. But increase both attack and agility by 10%.
