Arrest Records: Interested in someone who disappeared, or might of ended up in the slammer? Jimmy might know a guy who knows a guy, and that guy might of accidentally left those arrest records somewhere where the other guy could grab it and give it to Jimmy, and Jimmy might accidentally leave those records somewhere you could grab it. PRICE = Expensive. Really expensive.
Inside Man(low positions): Get an inside man or woman to help you pull off a job at a business. Low level employee, such as a janitor or a clerk. PRICE = Only slightly less expensive.

Alrighty, let's get to grading shops. We'll start with the basics and the beginning and go in order.
I think the bulk discount is good to go, possibly the Donator discounts too but they would need to be defined in amounts of VC and what qualifies as a Donator contribution. If this is someone investing in your shop you can make it in increments of 10,000 VC per each Donator rank for now, we'll see when it gets looked over again. Each Donator rank won't stack.
For the other stuff you have a lot so we'll narrow it down. Shops usually cover a basic concept such as Items to use in battle or Healing items that work a bit different or other services so you'll need to narrow down your concept to one of these that you'll need to choose. I'll let you know at the moment that Jimmy's Private Collection won't fly right away but you could get it at a higher shop rank. Info service is incredibly iffy but you might be able to do just it at much higher prices, that will also need checked out.
For all of your items that specify that they're in bulk it'll need to be clear that they either work AoE or there's more of them. For all the items you sell you'll also need an item number of how many is in stock because you'll need to restock if people buy them, which is analogous to a standard work thread that takes a Time of Day slot. I suggest checking out the Black Market for price comparisons.
Get a clearer picture set and come back with it, I can't officially grant a blessing but I can help you line out what definitely will and will not work.
