| The cat had gone down, got a pounding, and then just as quickly got back up with its grin still in place. While Haru did have an opportunity to attack the creature before it made a move, it would appear he hesitated for an unknown reason and in turn paid the price for it. While the cat didn’t do anything to harm him per se, it did cast some form of aurora upon him that actually caused his persona to glance back at the cat quite annoyed as some of its armor seemed to have thinned out as the strange power laid itself upon it. He couldn’t be sure, but he was quite certain that was not going to turn out good in the long run…. Though as bothersome as it was, the Cadet’s mind turned quickly as he looked back at the cat and thought for a second. He honestly did not wish to leave the pair he was with to face the beast alone, but the more they delayed here the further Claire got away from them….and the further she moved away the higher their chances were of losing her for good. And if she got away they could potentially run into more problems in the future. They couldn't afford that, yet they needed to take care of so many things in one night, but why that was was confusing to the male. Maybe this all happened as a way to test them...though as chaotic as it all was he had to wonder if there was another purpose to this madness. However right now, he did not have time to work out the detail. Right now, he needed to do something about their current problem, so… He would feel the healing wave, but instead of posing his weapon attack, he would hold the item in a defensive position as he took a step back. “Athena, Shiina. I know we have an enemy before us, but I cannot shake the bad feeling within about Claire. While our forces are thin, we are going to have to split up once more. I am going after Claire. I request that you stay on the path towards Alice and bring her down. If all goes well, we’ll all see each other again soon,” he would tell his allies before his eyes level with the cat as he took another step back... Well that was done….so then… Hating to have to turn his back on the enemy and leave allies, he would turn in his spot and attempt to the leave the battle ground. If successful, he would begin to hunt for the path that Claire had gone down in this mad house. He started by going towards the bushes he saw her disappear into.... - Hatsuharu - Level 3:

| - OoC in regards to Haru:
There's no exchange of all items in one turn like that. Any item interaction has always been one item for one post unless a strength or skill is used. You can give an item to someone else on the team, but it'd take up your turn of escape. You can edit your last post with this information. Out of combat, you can exchange items freely, but this is during combat.
