Appearance: Shin is a small young man standing at about five feet and two inches. Being born with blond hair, he wears it long and nothing about him was ever really masculine. He has smooth and pale skin, and shiny vibrant, long hair. He has teal colored eyes, shifting from blue to green depending on the lighting. Shin will wear just about anything, mens clothes or womans, so long as it looks cute he prefers it. Though this leads to him wearing female clothing more often than mens. But he has no issue wearing pants if the situation demands it. A lot of Shin's features could be consider soft, because they are. From his face to his legs, he does not have much muscle in him. Shin taking great care in his appearance, making sure he always looks as cute to himself as he possibly can, down to the last strand of hair being perfectly combed.

Alternate Appearance: Shin's outfit when dawning the mask of his persona shifts to a rather gaudy one. In this form He wears a light blue coat with white frilly trims, over a white dress shirt, white pants and brown shoes as well. He has short white gloves on, and blue knee guards. He wears a belt over his clothes from which he sheaths his sword, the belt being blue in color. He has a large musketeer hat, also colored blue with a big pink feather in it. The outfit also has a white cape, the collar resembling lily petals around the neck. The outfit is completed with a gold and white mask, the left half being gold while the right is white. The mask is adorned with a white lily as well.

Personality: Shin is easily described as bubbly. A very friendly and outgoing young man, befriending any and all who want to be is one of his favorite things to do. Next to that, he enjoys flirting. Flirting with no real goal in mind at all, Shin just enjoys the exchanges, his favorite part of romance being the early playful stages. Though countless "no thanks shorty" rejections from women he attempted to win over have left Shin stubborn, when he desires something he will almost always relentlessly pursue till he is absolutely shut down. Even then, he will probably just attempt to get whatever it is he was after again later. Be it some special item, or the chance to take a girl on a date.

Though, the desire of the hour tends to switch often. While pining for one woman, he'd swear to move mountains just for a smile. Until another pretty lady walks by, in which case the promise is for her instead. Unless the first girl shows interest after, then the promise is back to her. Shin having commitment issues and bouncing around a lot. Though while Shin has no issues with brotherly bonds and hanging out with male friends, he much prefers the company of woman and might even go so far to ditch any male friends in favor of a lady.

Shin considers himself a hopeless romantic as well, wanting to find true love with the woman of his dreams. The only problem is that he can't really decide who that is, or settle on pursuing just one person. Shin enjoys reading love stories, joining the drama club for the chance to act out and play the role of the leading man who experiences romance with the leading lady.

Weapon Description: A saber reaching about 88 cms from the blade, and 17 cms from the handle. The blade itself is grey, as the color of steel, but the handle is more of a royal blue color. The handle of the blade has a golden curve around it, another white lily adorning it on the end. The sheath which hangs from Shin's belt is the same blue has the grip of the blade, with some gold finishes on it.

The Background

History: Shin was born into a average single mother household. The youngest of four, Shin has three older sisters, all of which contributed to his upbringing in multiple ways. Taught that his appearance was of utmost importance, Shin was raised to be clean and pretty at all times. Though with little to no male influence in his life at all, Shin grew up feminine. Surrounded by women in his home all the time, Shin ended up having a preference to their company and way of doing things. Adopting a bit of a more sensitive touch himself. His sisters would often talk among themselves of their ideal man, Shin eavesdropping on the conversation and taking notes as he assumed that was what all woman would want.

From an early age Shin ended up enjoying love and romance stories, likely also due to the influence of his sisters. Shin ended up becoming a sucker for romance and soon enough love became his obsession. But in truth, it was largely because he was bored. Day to day life was boring, by the time he entered high school his sisters had moved out, in college or starting families of their own. Leaving him with a mother who worked all the time, Shin found himself feeling lonely. Returning home to a silent and empty house often leaving Shin depressed.

Going to school was a welcome distraction, and while Shin was an average student in terms of academics, his joy came from interacting with others, mainly girls. Knowing full well his life would not be like the stories he read, he still found it fun to act as if he was one of those protagonist. full of charm and guaranteed to get the girl. Shin was likely to jump at an opportunity for adventure or excitement, and the chance to impress any girls, of course.

2.Scatterbrain weakness only doesn't work cause we don't have the confusion ailment on the site so be sure to change that.

3. The horn doesn't work cause sound is hard to describe and tangibly use in battle and can create a lot of potential hassles. Make sure the side arm shoots some kind of obvious projectile such as bullets or the like.

4. Lastly your soulbound weapon needs size dimensions. Once all of this is done you should be approved.

To be clear on this - Shin only receives the bonus to Pmstr when in a party with two females, correct? This isn't worded as clearly as your matching weakness.
