Lupin is a black-haired boy with black eyes with an other wise plain face. Lupin is often seen with a smile on his face.
When not in his school uniform. Lupin is often seen wearing a purple hoodie keeping most of his head concealed when he is wearing it. He also usually seen wearing a white t-shirt underneath the hoodie with black cargo pants. He also usually seen wearing blue sneakers.

Alternate Appearance: The mask Lupin wears is a white happy theater mask that appears to have its left side half-melted. While Lupin dons the mask he wears a tracksuit with horizontal stripes in two colors, half of the stripes are yellow with a purple sad face on the stripes, the other half is purple stripes with yellow smiley faces on them. Lupin sneakers become green soap shoes and he gains a yellow glove on his left hand and a purple glove on his right hand.

Personality: : Lupin can be best described as a cheeky boy a kid who always love to play jokes on people and will have a good laugh if he found himself was pranked. (Don't dish out what you aren't willing to take)

He tries his best to entertain everyone mostly because he thinks the world is quite depressing especially since he came to the city from an orphanage.

Lupin is a bit of a sad person when by himself not really full-blown depression, it's more like I wish I could have done this different type of mindset. Lupin is often seemed looking back on his past. He gets pretty teary eyed when looking back on some pictures about the orphanage.

Lupin since he was a poor orphan who was rarely helped outside of his orphanage, has no problems with stealing from others especially the rich people Lupin has no respect for the well off as they rarely use their wealth to help others. (If they can afford to live inside a big mansion surely they can spare some money).

The Background

History: Lupin for as long as he can remember he was living in an orphanage in a small town near Endymion and for most of that time he spent in the orphanage was uneventful until he was about 5 when he found an old Pogo stick just tossed on the side of the road and since then he often practices with it in his spare time.

Before the eternal divide, Lupin often snuck up and stole money snacks rich kids and unaware tourists and surprisingly he was only caught once by one of the more aggressive kids who tried reporting him however the kids at the orphanage served as an alibi to him.

Around the time of the eternal divide. Lupin and the town the orphanage was affected heavily. The headmaster who was running the orphanage was killed by demons during the event while he was dealing with business in Endymion, leaving the orphanage in the care of the older orphans Lupin was the youngest of the big bros of the orphanage.

While the three older brothers protect the orphanage using some weapons that had to gather supplies and all that post-apocalyptic stuff, Lupin was in charge of looking after the kids he often tried to cheer up the younger orphans by doing silly comedy routines telling them basic jokes nothing really funny.
Lupin kept this up for about 5 years, during this time Roi the Oldest of the big bros had officially become the headmaster of the orphanage.
Roi had asked Lupin into his office and asked Lupin one question,
" Would you leave this place if it meant you could follow your passion."
Lupin responded with, " Yes Yes I would at least I know the kids would be fine at least."
Roi had told Lupin that he can get him into the Seven Stars Academy through some connections he had.

Lupin had accepted the offer as he could get the skills he will need to be a comedian and send some of the money to the orphanage.
And with that Lupin packed up his bags and makes he way to Endymion.

Is this meant to increase movement speed in some way? or is simply a flavor thing?

7 points is way too much for character strength, as most events do not even grant this many points. If you were to get 2 points from an SL with an NPC for instance, 7 points is over 3x as much where as only getting 1 point is only half as many points. It's a neat idea though. What you might do instead is have the %chance be equal (say 25% chance for both or something), and have the weakness halve the points and the strength double the points. That's my suggestion.

A soul bound weapon is a dangerous weapon forged by the strength of your soul, and damages normal objects quite substantially. If your pogo stick is both a real item and your weapon, you'll need to take a character strength in order to have it change from a regular item to a weapon and back again at will. As is, your pogo stick is your soul bound weapon, and thus deals damage to the pavement every time you bounce on it, or to any other mundane object it touches.

The entire world was effected by the Eternal Divide, not just Endymion. Your town would have been attacked by demons as well. Most places were destroyed by the Divide, it's the nature of the plot, so you'll need to reconcile this within your backstory.

Made some changes.

Chances of successful of negotiation are boosted by 10 % when negotiating with childlike demons such as Little Kid demons and Jack demons.

—Weakness Name:Greedy

—Description:If he sees something he likes he will try to find a way to get it for himself.
During negotiation when Lupin is asking for money he will keep asking for more money until he gets attacked.

This Strength/Weakness combo doesn't work in the game, sorry. Negotiations are done via QAS, so the player will be presented with multiple choice questions, it's not a percentile roll. Also once you succeed the negotiation you get your reward and the negotiation is over, you can't continue to negotiate for more stuff. These will need to be reworked or changed completely.

Pogo Stick Mastery has a mechanical effect (increases dungeon movement by one space) so it needs a Weakness with a mechanical effect to balance it out. You can specify that Not a Fish also effects dungeons when it would count or take off the extra space of movement from Pogo Stick Mastery.

Odds of Success when pickpocketing are boosted by 10%

Unless you have a soul skill that pickpockets targets or anything, then this is pretty much useless to you. There's no in-game mechanic when it comes to this stuff. But it doesn't mean you can't use this when in rp trying to pickpocket individuals. Just that there won't be really any use for the percentage. At best it would just be stating he's had experience pickpocketing people.

Sure, by 15% boost. But be sure to balance that out in your weaknesses.

The Background

History: Lupin for as long as he can remember he was living in an orphanage in a small town near Endymion and for most of that time he spent in the orphanage was uneventful until he was about 5 when he found an old Pogo stick just tossed on the side of the road and since then he often practices with it in his spare time.

Before the eternal divide, Lupin often snuck up and stole money snacks rich kids and unaware tourists and surprisingly he was only caught once by one of the more aggressive kids who tried reporting him however the kids at the orphanage served as an alibi to him.

Around the time of the eternal divide while Lupin and the town the orphanage was affected heavily. The headmaster who was running the orphanage was killed by demons during the event while he was dealing with business in Endymion, leaving the orphanage in the care of the older orphans Lupin was the youngest of the big bros of the orphanage.

While the three older brothers protect the orphanage using some weapons that had to gather supplies and all that post-apocalyptic stuff, Lupin was in charge of looking after the kid he often tried to cheer up the younger orphans by doing silly comedy routines telling them basic jokes nothing really funny.
Lupin kept this up for about 5 years, during this time Roi the Oldest of the big bros had officially become the headmaster of the orphanage.
Roi had asked Lupin into his office and asked Lupin one question,
" Would you leave this place if it meant you could follow your passion."
Lupin responded with, " Yes Yes I would at least I know the kids would be fine".
Roi had told Lupin that he can get him get him into the Seven Stars Academy through some connections he had.

Lupin had accepted the offer as he could get the skills he will need to be a comedian and send some of the money to the orphanage.
And with that Lupin packed up his bags and makes he way to Endymion.

When not in his school uniform Lupin is a black-haired boy with eyes. who is often seen wearing a purple hoodie keeping most of his head concealed wearing a white t-shirt underneath black cargo pants wearing blue sneakers.

Alternate Appearance: The mask Lupin wears is white happy theater mask that appears to have its left side half-melted, While Lupin dons the mask he wears a tracksuit with horizontal stripes in two colors half of the stripes are yellow with a purple sad face on the stripes, the other half is purple stripes with yellow smiley faces on them. Lupin sneakers become green soap shoes.

Personality: : Lupin can be best described as a cheeky boy a kid who always love to play jokes on people and will have a good laugh if he found himself was pranked. (Don't dish out what you aren't willing to take)

He tries his best to entertain everyone mostly because he thinks the world is quite depressing especially since he came to the city from an orphanage.

Lupin is a bit of a sad person when by himself not really full-blown depression, it's more like I wish I could have done this different type of mindset. Lupin is often seemed looking back on his past. He gets pretty teary eyed when looking back on some pictures about the orphanage.

Lupin since he was a poor orphan who was rarely helped outside of his orphanage, has no problems with stealing from others especially the rich people Lupin has no respect for the well off as they rarely use their wealth to help others. (If they can afford to live inside a big mansion surely they can spare some money).
