A new person incoming! *_*

Well, hello there everyone <3

Eh, so, I kind of suck with introductions (srsly), but here we go anyway.

There's not really much to say, but basically I'm a 17yr old female that really likes sitting at her /sadly quite shitty/ computer, playing various games (From MMOs to RPGs to..well, anything really), RPing, listening to music, reading books (nowadays kind of rarely though), drawing (when I feel like it) and stuff like that.

Ahem, so I really do like the Persona series, even though I haven't really had the chance to play them, aside from Persona 4 Arena, which I got to play only because my best friend has it (lucky me). But, to be completely honest, when it comes to Shin Megami Tensei games...I'm a little bit more interested in the Devil survivor games........Okay, more like obsessed with Devil survivor 2 xD, but that's for another story.

All in all, I'm a pretty friendly person (if you ignore the little tidbits of sarcasm/deadpans here and there) and I'll be happy to make friends with any of you.

Heh, I suppose your avatar says more than enough. In fact, Yamato is my favourite character too, followed right by Hibiki/Hiro or whatever his name is. I chose him as my avatar because I felt like having lots of white & blue in there. (You know what's funny? I just realised that I currently have the full version of your avatar as my phone wallpaper...xD)....Oh god, hope you don't mind but I just tend to rant a lot when it comes to DeSu2 >.>

Ranting about DeSu2? That's fine with me, not many others here I can rant with anyway. I bet you're looking forward to the re-release they're having. The Break Record version. I'm looking forward to seeing what the after story is about, and more about Yamato's sister.

Also I'd have to say my favorite 3 characters in DeSu 2 are:

1. Yamato

2. Keita (Even though everyone hated how assholish he could be.)

3. Hibiki just because of his humor in most of the options you could choose.

Who was your main team you used during your playthrough, and what route did you choose?

That's great. I don't really have anyone to rant to either. I could annoy my best friend with it, but she's not into DeSu2 THAT much.

But, yeah, I am looking forward to Break Record a lot, although I doubt I'll get to play anytime soon. Besides, If I'm guessing right the Japanese version will be released first and I'll kind of have to wait for the english one still. I wish I could speak japanese. I really hope Miyako will be at least as cool as Yamato though.

As for my team, well....for me it kind of varied, but aside from the MC, most often it was Makoto, Fumi and Otome and OF COURSE Yamato....kind of sad that you don't get either of those early in game. Actually, I'm currently doing my second playthrough of DeSu2. In the first one I went with the triumphant ending, because it's said to be the 'true ending'. But this time I'll be going with Yamato, just BECAUSE.

And for the fave characters...I guess my third would be Fumi, I kind of find it funny how she's so obsessed with science and stuff.

Yea, with that whip I'm sure Miyako will be an interesting add on to the usual team haha. I can see her beating people with it now. Also you're right about it being released in Japan first, so that wait is going to be painstakingly long. But I'm sure there will be translations up.

When it came to my team I always went Keita (Put Assassinate and Pierce on him and GG most teams) Hinako (Put multi hit on her and she hits everyone on the opposite team atleast three times making her OP too lol) and then Yamato as my big Almighty Magic Bombing guy. The MC was my magic based guy too, and he resisted everything and repelled physicals. Goes without saying that Polaris was murdered xD

My first playthrough I went with the Yamato route because I believed in his goals the most. Of course they were harsh, but I felt it was necessary. Ronaldo's route was so peace loving and naive. Humanity would have became stagnant with his way. Daichi didn't offer anything better at that time. The Anguished One's route was my second though.

But still, Yamato's was my fave lol. I did the Triumphant one last and never teamed with Ronaldo once since I was just so against his way I couldn't bring myself too.

Yep, exactly. I'm pretty sure that if I ever get to play, I'll be putting Miyako on my team as soon as possible, haha. I just hope that the english release won't take way too long, or at least that someone who can translate well enough turns up.

I don't really know why but I've never used Keita for some reason. When I needed a physical I just went with Jungo, but I might give Keita a try later on. And you're right about Hinako, she can be quite the beast with the right moveset, I did abuse her a lot early in game when I didn't yet have access to other characters that I wanted. With MC I went Magic too and it kind of ended with both him and Yamato using a lot of Almighty skills, but it worked well enough I guess xD. If I remember well, in the last playthrough I had both MC and Yamato resisting everything, so they were my OP duo.

I'm kind of planning to do every route just for kicks, even though I don't really like Ronaldo...and the way Yamato dies in that route ...I might have to do Yamato's twice just to get my mood up enough to swiftly go through Ronaldo's. I mean he's not a bad guy or anything and it's a good thing that he's dedicated to his ideals, it's just that he doesn't appeal to me very much. I even tried using him on my team when I did the triumphant ending, but he's not really special, and I had enough physical oriented characters anyway. Besides I don't think his equality would do much good, I guess you're right that his idea is just too soft.

Hah, I agree with you on everything said. He was too soft, and I didn't feel bad when Yamato had to down him in the Meritocracy route. That may seem pretty heartless of me, but if he was not willing to change and die believing his ideals, so be it. Though if he really did despise the meritocracy, he could have worked his way to the top to bring about change. After all, Yamato did not care who was the one to rule, as long as it was someone strong.

It's nice to be able to talk to someone about DeSu2 lol. Whenever you make a character, we'll be sure to RP. It's a pleasure to have you on the site.

Yep, I thought so too. Afterall, if he just made his way to the top he could have done what he wanted and not just talk about how nice it would be. Too bad that though didn't occur to him at all. And it WAS his fault that he drowned. If I remember well enough, Yamato only threw him into the water after Ronaldo tried to attack a second time. If he just stayed down after he got his butt handed to him, he might have lived. It makes me wonder if he was just dumb or really that much bent on his lovey-dovey equality. Oh, well, who knows.

Yeah, haven't had such a good talk in a long while xD. I'll be happy to RP with you whenever, and actually I just posted a character ( which I was working on in between writing up these longish posts) xD
