Appearance: Goofy looking guy, slicked back brown hair with a set of round glasses. About five foot seven, slight hunch in his stance. Tan slacks and a green plaid button down shirt, and a dark red tie. Has a slight smirk at most times, with a Northwest accent.

Alternate Appearance: Black slacks, black shirt, and some gloves with the addition of a ski mask, a surgical mask, and the lenses on his glasses swapped for something more polarizing to block identification.

Personality: Jimmy's a sleazy back-alley doctor, much like his business would imply. He pulls the lead out of individuals who don't want people asking questions at a normal hospital. He writes prescriptions for things patients might not really need. He does emergency organ transplants for folks with less than legal donors. He keeps his mind nice and boozed up, otherwise he can't do his job properly. Sometimes, remembering anything the next day isn't as safe as not remembering who you treated.

Strengths:

—Strength Name: Medical Knowledge // Homebrew your own medicine and performance enhancing drugs. It's, uh, street legal. Probably. Don't go talking to pigs about it.
—Description: Jimmy's been doing this whole illegitimate doctor thing for a long, long time now. After you dig enough lead out of shoulders, you get pretty good with human anatomy and medical procedures. That last one might have more to do with keeping up on medical journals, though.

—Strength Name: Consorting with Criminals // Able to operate a shop for people looking to (not always 100% legally) purchase goods, specifically when it comes to medical tools, knowledge, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
—Description: Jimmy knows the trade and knows the talk. Slip him into a party and he'll come out with three new business partners who might need emergency medical attention for their "jobs" or supplies as such.

—Strength Name: Information Gathering // Get details on the whereabouts and information on folks you've met.
—Description: People tend to talk when you've got them under the knife for surgery. One small slip and you might just accidentally nick something vital, after all. If they keep talking, Jimmy can stay focused.

The Background

History:
Jimmy Flickett always had a knack for treating injuries ever since he was the group medic for his jackass friends during high school. He found himself quickly dropping out of education, however, hating having to deal with the requirements. After his parents passed and he collected the inheritance money, he used the cash to start his clinic for pets. When some mobsters walk in one night with a bag full of cash, a man in need of surgery, and a no questions asked policy on that cash, Jimmy found himself thrown directly into the criminal underworld. And despite his misgivings about the legality of it, the greenest of green sure paved right over his morals. After all, if they need the treatment and have the money to pay for it, who cares how they got that injury?

It's mostly fine, just an issue with the backstory. Seven Stars already has a School Nurse/Medical Assistant as an NPC, so you won't be able to have that position.
