Demon/Shadow Weapon's Name: Hun-Chouen

Demon/Shadow Weapon Appearance: A pair of studded leather cestuses that fit snugly around Sanaa’s hands, but leave enough of her thumbs and fingertips free to still be dexterous. The spiked studs come in two lengths, though most are around half an inch long. Those protruding from her knuckles, however, are about a full inch. The leather is deep black and somewhat worn, but otherwise well cared-for.

Demon/Shadow Weapon Personality: Bound into a pair of objects, Hun-Chouen is a creature of two natures. On one hand, he is protective and nurturing, encouraging Sanaa and praising work well done. On the other, he is incredibly bitter about being sealed into a weapon, and takes out his frustrations on Sanaa whenever she fails at something. Incredibly whimsical, which mood he’s in could change in an instant, for better or for worse. The only thing that stays constant is the fact that he doesn’t like anyone Sanaa comes in contact with, and it can be terribly trying to the gorilla to maintain a peaceful face when the monkey snarks away at the back of her mind.

Demon/Shadow Weapon Background: Hun-Chouen was his own entity before he was bound to Sanaa, and was quite frankly enjoying preying upon humans just awakening to their potential and lesser Shadows. Not exactly malicious, he was primarily ignored by Shadow-hunting individuals and organizations until the Yachiru Group began collecting for their binding experiments. Finding him intriguing as a Shadow whose skills seemed to revolve almost exclusively around defense, they shelved him until they could find the perfect vessel in the form of Sanaa.

Skill 1:  Re Patra | Recovers one ally from Down status. | 3 SP | Tier 1

Skill 3: Red Wall | Increases an ally's Fire resistance for 3 turns (resist fire effect). | 18 SP | Tier 2

Skill 4: Bronze Wall | Increases an ally's Earth resistance for 3 turns (resist Earth effect). | 18 SP | Tier 2 (Unlocked once participating in the defeat of 20 Shadows/Demons; Must be Tier 2 or below)

Skill 6: Blue Wall | Increases an ally's Electricity resistance for 3 turns (resist elec effect). | 18 SP | Tier 2 (Unlocked once defeating an additional thirty Demons/Shadows and using your Demon/Shadow Weapon an additional 35 times in PvS combat; Must be Tier 3 or lower)

Skill 7: White Wall | Increases an ally's Ice resistance for 3 turns (resist ice effect). | 18 SP | Tier 2 (Unlocked once using your Last Life to successfully defeat a Plot Boss over your current level or using your Demon/Shadow Weapon an additional 45 times in PvS combat; Must be a Tier 4 Skill or Lower)

Skill 8: Makarakarn | Repel 1 Fire, Ice, Electrical, Wind, Earth, Light, or Dark attack. One ally. | 55 SP | Tier 4 (Unlocked after using your Demon/Shadow Weapon an additional 45 times in combat and defeating 60 Demons/Shadows in PvS combat; Must be a Tier 4 Skill or Lower)


Special Ability:

Ability Name: Last Life
Appearance while in Last Life: When Sanaa is pushed to her limit and the bond between herself and Hun-Chouen is stressed, the monkey Shadow sealed in her weapon can cling to her and partially manifest himself through her. Her fur lengthens, and she sprouts a long, prehensile tail that makes her look like an oversized howler monkey. Her eyes glow with the colors of the rainbow, and white war paint forms horizontal lines beneath her eyes and a vertical line at the center of her forehead.

Description: When the Forgotten's health gets lower than 30% they automatically go into a powerful state called [Last Life]. This happens once per battle and powers all their moves up by 30%. Even their skills rank up a tier in damage. This mode lasts as long as their health is below 30%.

Description: The user erects a barrier around the target that lasts for three rounds. This barrier dampens incoming damage by 10%.

You would not be able to protect yourself from a Down status at Tier 1, since at best Tier 1 generally lets you recover from a status rather than make you impervious to it or resistant. Feel free to try to make a spin on it or try a new skill altogether and come back to us with it. Note that if you manage to make a skill at Tier 1, you can get a Skill Up card to upgrade it to a Tier 2 effect so long as the effect it upgrades into makes sense.

You can up the defense boost to 15% and lower the cost to 3 SP. Approved.
