Part/Full Time Job: B'O Noodles, a large food cart/stall hybrid that he can easily move around when it's packed up. It doesn't only serve ramen, but that's what it's known for. It has no permanent spot, but it often is in Little Tokyo.

Once he awakens his persona and joins the Psyche Terrorists that are trying to overthrow the Queen, he becomes an operative at night.

Appearance: Yusuke is a 5 foot 9 inches tall, decently fit and muscular guy at 182 pounds. His hair is dirty blond and isn't styled in any particular way, his skin is a light peach color but his face and hands are slightly tanned from the time out in the sun.
He often wears a short sleeved shirt, that varies in color from day to day, under a blue jacket that has black and white stripes along the seams, he takes it off often though. He wears a pair of cargo shorts or bluejeans depending on the temperature, he also switches from sandals and regular shoes.
You could call him one of the “average Joe's” that lives in the city, as he doesn't stand out in a crowd.... But this is a good thing when you have his night time hobbies.

Alternate Appearance: After his Persona awakens, the mask he wears looks like a bleached white plague doctors mask, or crows skull, only it creates a trail of silver dust when Yusuke moves. (It also makes his voice unrecognizable to those he wants his true identity to remain hidden from.)
His nighttime mission attire has him wearing a long, loose, black trench coat that he often has buttoned up a little further than half way to cover his chest and stomach, a black, tight, yet flexible shirt, a pair of stretchy navy blue pants made from a special material that is also comfortable, and a pair of flexible yet sturdy shoes that he was able to procure from somewhere...
He also has a pair of black, professional thieves gloves that he wears, helping him show as little skin as possible.

Personality: Yusuke is a very adaptable individual as he embraces change. Better than most people. He's also courageous, curious and likes to explore. He hates to be tied down by too many rules, though he has and still needs to deal with it. He's a generally happy person, though his “fuse” is short, making it easy for him to get emotional with things. Yusuke is also a intelligent individual, but he has the habit of thinking “outside the box” and making crazy plans that don't always work... He secretly dislikes his father for just obeying the “Queen” without question, and he also doesn't want his parents to know that he wishes to overthrow the “Queen,” that way they can stay a family.

He always seams to get the short end of the deal when it comes to his father because Yusuke's little sister almost worships the “Queen” as a goddess, with his father thinking that she's a better child for this day and age(but thinks that his son is rebellious because of a “stage” Yusuke's going through)
But he loves him as a family member and tries to not cause problems that might make his father worry.

Yusuke is optimistic most of the time but he quickly changes tune when trapped and with no options. He's had a problem with his father being nosy before, so he rarely acts out of turn with him around.

He often is quite muddle headed and distracted, or oblivious when lots of things go on at once. He is also sensitive, often being more in-tuned with his emotions than most. He's also struggling to keep his smile up when people complain about the food he makes, taking those close to heart.

Strengths:

—Description: Yusuke has always been good at cooking, so he's naturally got a job that requires this skill. Sometimes he boasts that if he had the space and ingredients he could cook for everyone in Little Tokyo. (Yusuke, when cooking, can create foods to carry with him into a dungeon for better HP or SP recovery by 25%... It costs 400 words and a source item like Hearty Tomatoes. It amplifies the effect of the original ingredient.)

(Basically if the foe has 20 more luck than he does, he ignores the difference, and if the foes luck is 30 over his, he then starts to take the penalty.)

—Description: Though he's a smart teen, he cant easily figure out many of the lessons he's given, it's mostly caused by how their worded or him thinking out of the box.(Reducing how many points in Intelligence he gets by half.)

—Description: At times Yusuke's emotions are worn on his sleeve, making it easier for him to become Enraged and Distressed by 15%... In relations with other players he feels each insult a bit more than most people would, and he's easier to get angry, but he tries to keep that part to himself.

—Description: He's generally been a very unlucky guy ever since the calamity...(His luck doesn't start effecting his crit chances until his Luck is 30 over the enemies luck, unlike a normal persons boosts gotten when their 20 luck over the enemies.)

Weapon Description: It's a odd looking sword, as the sword makes an almost stretched out cleaver like shape, yet the handle is coated with white strips of cloth that helps cushion the attack rebound. It has no hand guard, yet the end closest to the wielder extends 10 inches out as the bottom of the blade. The sword is 6 feet long from tip of the blade to tip of the handle, with one of those feet being the handle itself.

The Background

History:)Yusuke's family lived in Endymion-since before the calamity, he was living the normal life of a 6 year old, until his mother died of some unknown disease... Even the doctors didn't know what killed her. Lyr didn't understand completely, but has known since he turned 7...

He continued his life with a new mother after a surprisingly short time his father remarried until he turned 13, and the calamity struck... The (now 18 year old) got trapped in a collapsed school for 2 days, one of them was spent crying and feeling sorry for himself, while the other had him luckily found by his father, who was assisted by a strange woman, who he doesn't remember... The rest grew fuzzy as he wakes up in his house a week later, in his bed and surrounded by family. His father was helped out by the woman, who he later learns was the queen, through a deal with the devil...
His father agreed to work for the woman, and secretly had charm spells and minor brain washing skills and whatnot used on him to make him a obedient soldier. He was then given a tainted Persona to better serve his new “goddess.”

Yusuke's father, Noritoshi Yamashita is now a commander in the queen's forces, obeying her will without question. Yusuke's stepmother Risa Yamashita however still managed to keep her wits about her and only thinks that the “Queen” is a force for good... But has shown some disapproval in some choices that the “Queen” makes. She works in the Food factory, in a decently high position over the vegetable growing.
His little, 10 year old sister, Erisu Yamashita was taught that the “Queen” was a savior for the city, and almost worships her as her father does... She's tomboyish and sweet sweet though and she often plays with Yusuke when her brother finds the time... She even doesn't mind if Yusuke's friends come over, as long as they don't cause trouble...
Recently Yusuke's sister has had to take care of the chores while Yusuke, their mother and father, are all at work... Yusuke's managed to take some of it off her shoulders though.

Yusuke has also made some unusual friends by helping those who need help, but they don't cause trouble until he finds out their part of the psyche terrorists...

Soon after, the city rebuilt, and Yusuke returned to a semi normal life, though was harder to adjust than you think, it's been made easier by his sister, who often was his number-one partner in crime.
When Yusuke turned 17, he managed to convince his father to buy him a food cart, because of his skills in the kitchen. After a rocky start, (literally, the first thing he cooked was knocked over onto his first customer thanks to a large stone that was in the way of a wheel). After this however, he managed to make a good name for himself and his food in Little Tokyo.

After his 18th birthday, Yusuke was targeted by the academy for Class Zero... Mostly through his fathers will and pull through being a high ranking officer. Soon he was, and still is, taught about the creatures of the night, but he outright refuses to do any terrorist hunts or demon hunts...

For starters, you an use Vc and words to boost an item, but you need to be specific on how much it costs, and how much it'll increase. Cause 100 words isn't enough for boosting items depending on the price. As for the sickness, since that isn't an ailment it's not needed. Also, if you want a social quality strength you need a weakness in social quality. My personal recommendation is something else entirely for the social quality since one point isn't alot, but if you want it, make the weakness something to balance it. Once more, since you have a dex strength, you need a 15% penalty in something, since the accuracy penalty in small spaces is not enough and it also isn't specific on what small spaces are. Make sure to clear this up and you are approved.

Okay, to begin with Vc needs to be more than 100 and the word count is over 250. The admin won't decide what you make, that will be up to your creation which is why I suggested to be specific. The undependable weakness is very hard to avoid metagaming so change it to something else to balance the social quality strength. Most strengths for social quality strength come down to starting a level higher in a trait or getting double points in something, while a weakness is going through a level again or getting half points for a trait. Something like that. It's also very hard to tell what the dimensions are when faced with a dungeon with your claustrophobic weakness. Because you again have a 15% boost in something constantly, you need a 15% penalty in something constantly without a condition.

If you're asking for a passive 10% boost to crit, make a good counter to it that isn't just claustrophobic in certain scenarios. A good counter would be to passively always have an extra 10% chance to be crit. Does the 25% boost apply to all items? If so then the strength is sorted out. And for the social strength you can make it so you get double the points to counter the weakness where you get half in something else. Fix the remaining details and I can look at it again.

Okay. Make a penalty that happens more often than the specific conditions you set up. For your strength you said you can ignore the first luck difference. Now make a weakness that's just as likely to happen as that. The conditions of claustrophobia will not work cause it's not as likely to happen. If you can null the penalty after 20 luck, then make your weakness you not getting an extra crit chance if 20 luck above the opponent's then getting it at the 30 mark. That's a way to balance out what you have.
