Pick a Card... [Sal, O]

“Hey, Don’t be sad Dansen. All will be okay. You shouldn’t have to change yourself. We should be allowed to stay the same. Who gives a dam about those people? You seem cool, you seem like an amazing friend, and you’re smart. You should just be yourself. She smiled and patted him on the back.

Dansen scratched his nose as he felt a bit of almost slight pity from the young third year, he did not expect her to be so kind to him as well as being encouraging to a tee. It gave the young man some hope, the kind that you don't get often and was quite uplifting for the most part, he has not expected the girl to act so kindly after he seemingly filled the air with somber resentfulness but she did and Dansen was thankful for such things. "Thanks Salmane, I don't know what to say" He spoke out to her as she tried to give him some encouraging feelings but he soon realized that of all the things he wished not to be was someone who had to rely on others, if that was to be his role in life he would rather change himself to be better then he was rather than sit and stew.

The boy turned to Salmane and looked at her with a calm yet serious expression. "Sorry but I feel that some of those words might be lost on me, I'm not the kind of person who cares what others think I simply wish to change to prove to myself I can be better." He walked past the girl looking to slowly go back to his seat of origin. "Still I can understand your type of feelings on the matter but if people can't change for the better then how can anyone expect to get what we wish out of life..." Dansen turned back to the young lady to finish up. "Maybe its okay not to change but its better to take the chance on becoming better rather than standing still or you'll never see what's in front of you..." With that he turned again and left with parting words. "Thanks for the company Sal your a cool girl yourself I hope this meeting wasn't a one off." And with that he would leave the site of the young lady hopefully not to be never seen again he would like to have another meeting but perhaps another time.

As he went back to collect his things as the day was getting slowly darker Dansen remembered the puzzles he had left on the table he smiled every so slightly and sighed at the concept of the chance experience he had come across simply from being in the library to curve his boredom, it was an odd feeling to have a sort of accomplishment as the day went away but by the end of 20 minutes later Dansen had cleared his 'learning' materials away and was about to set off. "Hmmm today wasn't that bad of a day." He took out his deck and drew the top card, it was a sort of fortune telling to him to see the future ahead. It came up the King of clubs, the draw was quite amusing as the insight to what it meant never really made much sense to the man who had created the process in the first place. "Well lets see if this is lucky or not..." With those thoughts he would exit the library's grand structure and begin on his way out of Kizuna Academy.
