Part Time Job: The owner of a medicine shop that seems to always have exactly what is needed for the one who walks into it.

Appearance: Akumu Yume is about 5’11" in height and 165 lbs in weight. Even though he comes from the Velvet Room, his dress ware is quite odd. While it does hold quite a bit of blue in it, he wears a traditional Japanese outfit that would’ve suited the merchant class of old; however, the outfit seems to fit with the strange profession he has. He sales natural herbs and medicines to those who need it from an old store that is said to have no name and yet can be found by those who are truly seeking medicine or aid of some sort.

Personality: Akumu is polite, soft spoken, and always open to aid those who wander into his odd store. He is patient and calm most of the time hardly ever getting angry or agitated with those around him. His cool nature and the fact that he will not mock or make light of situations makes him a wonderful person to vent to. He keeps secrets well and his seemingly gentle nature makes him easy to be around. The only issue that people have when it comes to Akumu is the fact that he is hard to read and hard to get to know. While he always lends an ear to others, he seems to keep much about himself a secret as he watches the world carefully. He is a mystery in the end that no one is quite sure how to crack.

—Description: Akumu is extremely polite and kind to all who happen to find him. His personality is open, honest, and respectful causing the few who know where to find him to speak well of him.

—Strength Name: Super cool
—Description: This guy does not get frazzled easily and does not show anger or agitation. Preferring to stay neutral in most things, his laid back personality make it easy for him to be vented or talked to. His level head nature also makes it easy for him to stay calm and logical in the most strange of situations.

—Strength Name: Keeper of Secrets
—Description: If you want to keep something hidden, but need someone to hide it with then Akumu is the one to go to. Whether it is words or things, he’ll make sure what you wish to hide remains hidden.

—Strength Name: Medicine Expert
—Description: Akumu knows a ton about medicines and herbs to help those who may be sick or suffering from other issues in life. On the other hand, just like he knows what can heal someone, he also knows what to use to cripple or kill someone too.

—Strength Name: Connected Spiritually to the World
—Description: Being a Velvet Room Attendant Akumu has a strong sense of those with the potential and also seems be connected to the spiritual world rather than the physical one.

Weaknesses:

—Weakness Name: Little knowledge of the Normal World
—Description: He is a Velvet Room Attendant. As a result, the only places he is usually found are in the Velvet Room or the old shop that is directly connected to his home. Due to these being the places he is typically found he has much to learn about the ordinary world. He trying to connect this weakness by exploring more.

—Weakness Name: A Ghost?
—Description: Akumu can only be found by those seeking aid, those with potential, or if he wants to be found most of the time, meaning no one truly believes his shop exists and they think that those who do get these wonderful medicines may be getting the medicines from elsewhere. For those who go looking for the man without a need, the potential, or him wanting himself to be found usually find an empty store where people say the medicine seller is or find no trace of the man at all.

—Weakness Name: Mystery
—Description: Behind all his manners and gentleness, people wonder if there is something more behind the man’s pretty face; however, to try and find out what that something more is, is always a challenge and can be frustrating since Akumu is not upfront with anyone unless they are part of the “family”.

—Weakness Name: Not Human
—Description: Akumu's pointy ears, naturally purple, sharp, and elegant fingernails, pale skin, and canine teeth being sharper than normal already suggest that he is not human. The face painting and design on his clothing make some of his customers of the superstitious mind set think perhaps he is really is a ghost bond to the human world by magic. As a result of these traits unless someone is calm enough or steady enough, Akumu comes off as a intimidating beauty that should be taken with an air of cautious, even if his welcoming personality suggests differently. In any case these traits make it that much harder to get close and comfortable with the already odd male.

—Weakness Name: Stuck in Old Ways
—Description: While his pretty face and body may suggest he is still in his prime, Akumu's style and ways suggest otherwise. His clothing, behavior, store… everything about him is very traditional…and to be honest he doesn’t seem to see an issue with the way he dresses or behaves. He enjoys a silent meal with sake and smoking a pipe afterwards, he will listen to traditional music, and he has no issue with formalities and bowing. In a nutshell, running into him is like going back to an older time frame that is just not seen anymore.

Weapon Name: Baku: The Dream Eater
Weapon Description: An ancient looking and traditional Japanese book pure black in color floats before its owner. A shimmer of color can be seen from the raised picture on the front cover of a colorful Baku. When the book is open various traditional Japanese pictures are shown along with some text that does not seem to be from any land anyone knows of. The book is made out of strange material that makes it painful sharp when it is thrown around to attack those around its owner.

The Background

History: Akumu was born in the Velvet Room in an older time frame than current. He was designed to be the eyes and ears for his master as he collected data on the outside world by speaking with various guests that used to enter the medicine shop that was very popular in the past. While Akumu never wandered far from the shop that was connected to the Velet Room, he was able to learn quite a bit about the going on of the world by simply listening, watching, and staying in tune with the spiritual waves that spoke of changes and shifts in the world.

Despite all the troubles that has passed over the world, Akumu has always remained neutral and to himself, hardly changing or getting too involved with the world's affairs. Perhaps he would've stayed uninvolved if the world had not shifted in such a way that even the shadows have started to act odd. A bit curious about what is happening in the world to cause this change, Akumu is slowly coming out of his reclusive world to wander further into the world and perhaps find a guest of his own to guide on the odd path that is beginning to unfold.

I wouldn't exactly call knowing medicine that can kill a weakness. You will need to edit that to something that hurts your character more. Then you should be set.
