In the Meantime [Souka - Open]

It looked like Souka found her resistance funny. Well, to each their own. Raven didn't really feel like arguing about that one gesture anymore. The less it was talked about, the sooner it'd get forgotten. That would be the most optimal route right now. Besides, it would only get awkward if that kept on. She didn't get really embarrassed easily, but prefered not to engage in such type of conversations for too long at a time. ''That's the point. No one knows the answer to that, which makes it annoying to consider. And the saying goes that opposites attract, not likes anyway. So I am not too worried about something between me and him. Hell, it'd be a miracle if we manage friendship.'', she would say, scoffing a little, when Souka tried putting her and Yata in the same line again. It wasn't that she literally disliked him, but she didn't see much room for improvement after that little scene from before. And she definitely wasn't going to suck up to him just to get along.

'Hm?' She watched as Souka dropped the borrowed skateboard, only to give her a question right after. Did she? Why did he care anyway? But, if she were to be honest, at the moment there wasn't anything serious for her to work towards. She only came here recently, and didn't pick up on anything yet. ''In the past, yes. Right now, there isn't anything that's pressing enough, I think. I haven't found anything reasonable to fight for since I moved here a while ago. Why does it matter though?'', she would answer, looking at the blonde piercingly. Just why was he so interested in her lifestyle and all? Did he have anything to gain from knowing that? Because she didn't get his reasons at all. 'Seriously?' Did he just say he met Gods and Devils for real? He either had a very vivid imagination, or she misunderstood his meaning. He could have been refering in a metaphor afterall. She wouldn't put that against him. He seemed weird enough to attempt that.

And then he just looked at her and asked for a date in an exchange for more info. Wow, and she thought he had given up on these thing already. But...she was curious as to what he meant. What a clever tactic. Damn this guy. Now what to do...''You're pretty bold for such a goofy guy. You're lucky I am sort of interested in hearing more. I'll go with you. But don't expect any miracle to happen.'', she would say after a moment of silently glaring into distance. She wasn't too pleased with the idea of a date with a stranger, but it still sounded better than going on one with the Yata guy. Now that would be hell materialized.

Wait, so goofiness equaled elegance? Since when? Then again, she understood this Souka guy less and less the more he spoke, so it might have been just that. Or maybe it was a very corny sounding compliment. Raven wasn't so sure how to take the blonde anymore. ''Alright, do as you wish...'', she would say, when he informed her that he'd come for her for the date. At least she'll hopefully get a break from him for a while. He was rather disturbing to keep up with.

Though...''What the..?'' Did he just vanish into thin air? She would look around a few times, at first thinking this was some sort of stupid trick, but he was nowhere to be seen. ''Just what in the creepy hell is this guy?'' It just added up in a strange way. He talks about weird things, acts weirdly towards both her and Yata, and now vanished like some...she didn't even know what to call it. ''Great, what did I get myself into.....'', she would mutter, before rolling off to look at the rest of the skatepark, as she hadn't had the chance before. And probably clear her mind as well, cause this guy just wasn't normal...
