Let's talk, old friend (Captain)

Black Velvet would trail quietly behind her master, her shoes making not a single sound on the metal floor as they hit it. Her master was equally quiet in his walking though unlike his companion his silence came from well practiced light stepping rather than anything supernatural, even if some would question that given his current looks. Instead of his usual red hair, he had white hair with fox ears protruding out from it. His hands held claws and his mouth fangs as a white fox like tail trailed behind him.

He certainly could come off as strange or intimidating to those who did not know him, but honestly the only reason he was like this now was because at least in this state he'd be more prone to open his mouth then let things that made him come this way in the first place sit in his mind unspoken.

He had been on this ship for a long while now. Long enough to take note that a particular someone was suddenly showing an unusual interest in the happenings and those that had come aboard the ship recently, but why was that? What was it about the events that had occurred that caused their leader to take a shift in his usual stance of being relatively neutral even if good natured to those on the ship now? What was different?

It was this curiosity that caused him to drift to the bridge when he had a moment to spare. Approaching the door to the area, it would open easily enough for him allowing him into the area beyond.

Black Velvet would drift over to the window to look out of it as the fox came in looking around the space that held some interesting memories for him. His pace was casual and relaxed like a cat's as he moved further into the space as the door slid closed behind him.

Rika would find the bridge vacant, aside from the usual crew. Frank was there, waving at him. Jill too, her five noses each glued to a separate screen that she paid close attention too. But the Captain was gone.

"Haven't seen you in a while. Oh, the Cap's gone to check on some prisoner or something." Frank said. The others nodded.

Apparently, the best course of action would be to go back the way Rika came from.
