The Captain was already there when Montblanc and Cain arrived. He'd invited them both with clear instructions; Montblanc was to bring with him the experimental new Module, while Cain only had to bring an open mind. The bar was nigh empty at the time and the Captain had a cocktail glass in front of him, filled with a blue colored liquid.

"Hello there, anything to drink while we chatter?"

He asked calmly. "I suppose you've brought what I requested, Montblanc?"

As promised, the C man showed up. Instead of taking a seat, he walked over to the Captain and stared at him like a child waiting for their mother to get off the phone, except the phone call was "that man" to bare his "item of use." Not considering the Captain may have provided non-alcohol, he immediately declined the offer. "No." Now's not a situation to get intoxicated... No time fo' dat, Cap.

"Montblanc?" The Captain raised his eyebrow, taking notice of the fact the little alien was nowhere to be found. He seemed to have been taken off guard by this. "Surely he must be busy at his laboratory." He remarked. "In the meantime, I would then like to ask you something. We have been developing a portable Module similar to the ones put on babies, without the need of implantation. However, a model of such size that still retains the capacity for combat is unheard of. Our colleague Montblanc has developed a prototype so, would you be willing to at least wear such a Module, if nothing else?"

"I see." It did not appear there was a reason to refuse, if it was truly just a sort of accessory. He took one of the seats and turned back to the Captain. "I don't mind helping you test that device." Cain had accepted. It sounded like a much better alternative, but it might not matter as much to the people from this reality who've always required a module. 'If it's so small, I wonder if the plugs can fit into it.'

"Excellent." The Captain clapped his hands together, his lips forming into a slightly more heart shaped, honest smile. He even closed his eyes so this response must've really pleased him. "Such a small Module can only hold a single Plug at a time, though, but I'm sure you'll be able to make it work."

The Captain gulped down his drink and stood up rather abruptly. "Now then, I reckon you wouldn't have anything against us going to grab this device for ourselves, since Mr Montblanc hadn't come here." He asked.

"I only have one plug, so that doesn't change anything." Cain seemed somewhat positive about this, having absolute faith in his own Persona. He reached into his pocket and pulled out his plug, staring at it. Its shape reminded him of games for that entertainment system he had. 'This experience is kinda like one of these... I shall obtain the 'good ending!'

Cain, too, stood as the Captain did. "Of course. Let's go." He would follow wherever the suspiciously unsuspicious Captain lead.

The Captain smiled at Cain's remark about only having one Plug. "Excellent indeed. Now follow me."

He led Cain through the ship's confusing corridors. The others had a map loaded in their Modules, but Cain had no Module himself so the trip was slightly disorienting. They arrived in what seemed to be a mechanic's workshop, with plenty tools strewn about, but just as many inventions as well.

"Hmm, he's not here either." The Captain seemed to be considering something for a moment before he shrugged and began rummaging through this laboratory. He gave Cain a wink. "It's fine, this is my ship after all." He added almost playfully. It took him a while but he eventually dug out some small object, handing it to Cain. It looked like a velvet blue digital wristwatch.

"Work of art, is it not? Please insert your Plug here to the side." He pointed at the right side of the wristwatch where a small cartridge slot seemed to be located. "And that's it. Seems that Montblanc did calibrate it to you as I've told him to before disappearing. By pressing on the inventory button you can access your possessions through a holographically projected screen. And on the other side you can check your current status reading. And the best part is you just need to put it on your wrist and that's it. Try summoning Furie."

It was expected that they'd see this Montblanc inside. If he bailed on them, he was probably here, as the Captain said, however, this was not the case. "Huh? He's missing?" 'Did he get sucked into that anti-space?' Cain's first consideration was not that it could have been something more mundane, like that perhaps scientists need to poop too. After the Captain made the remark about it being his own ship, Cain began looking around as well, but attempting to avoid touching anything. This was probably why the Captain found that object first.

"Alright." He inserted the cartridge and fitted the device to his right wrist. That way, Furie would be facing upwards, and would be less likely to fall out if something broke. Wouldn't want her to touch the ground and get dirty. When he put it on, he could feel his power level increasing once more. It made him want to do exactly what he was told to, to summon his Persona. "I'm gonna do it! Here I go!" As promised, he did the thing. Furie manifested and began doing the thing where it knew the places. "It works fine." It got his Persona out, and the buttons all functioned. "It's a perfectly operable module." His expression remained neutral, but he was rather pleased this was the case.

"Excellent." The Captain clapped his hands together in unsettling delight. He looked at Cain's eagerness and, more importantly, willingness to don this new Module with a sort of predatory gaze, knowing that Cain was simple enough to not give a damn. "A few things to note are that you can only insert one Plug at a time and that the Module's memory cannot process more than 3 ratings' worth of Plug data at once."

Cain's Module Wristwatch!:

"Not that I think that will be a problem for you. Your Persona and you function perfectly together as is." He added. "I'm looking forward to seeing what you can do with this and am delighted to see you've taken well to its simple design."

"Okay. Yes." Cain was looking down at his wrist, adjusting the watch to sit more comfortably. What the Captain was saying was true. They were, in fact, perfect together. 'Furie is indeed the most powerful Persona, with the most potential.' He looked back to the Captain. "I won't let you down. Thank you. Now that I have it, is that all? If there's nothing else you need right now, I'll leave." Unless stopped, that's what he'd do.

"That is all, Cain." The Captain bowed his head slightly to show Cain that he was free to leave. In fact, the Captain would be leaving as well towards the bridge and his other responsibilities. Seems that he wouldn't be able to make it in time to personally monitor the exploration of the dust cloud mission, but he trusted the others could hold the fort while he focused on interrogating the mysterious android they captured.
