| The flames consumed the Shadow, bringing him down towards the ground on his knees. He grimaced in pain, but all that came from him was a chuckle. "Nice. Good work, I figured something like this would happen anyway. I'll give you the power you earned so you can use it however you want. You can finally be a real Persona-User. Just know that I will never truly go away. I am you and you are me, so we shall always be together into this life and the next. If you ever feel like you doubt yourself, or fall off your path, I will come back, and I will come back to find you. I am your Shadow, and without a little of me, you will never have the motivation to break free from anything..." after which, he would float into the air, and shatter into shards of glass, before they flew towards Julian, enveloping his body, and granting him a new power of Persona. The music dimmed down into something more pleasant, and the lights were lowered into something less overt, while the club grew prettier and became more like a ballroom than a dance floor. A Velvet Room door would appear nearby to let him out, and it would also be his last time here, as he could never return once he left this realm.Julian Remmings has Faced Himself and acquired his Prime Persona...

| As the shadow fell, Julian stood, catching his breath from the earlier attack. Was it really over? ...Thank God. But he didn't take the time to breath easy. He was more so consumed with watching himself--well, his look-alike--break away into glass. Normally, he would've been disturbed by watching his image crack and burst into nothing. But that part of him wasn't gone. No, in fact, as the pieces of their enemy came back to him, he felt more...whole. Aware. Content, almost. Even the deep, dark chuckles that rang softly through his head (that he could definitely realize were not Jak's), he was more than calm. Relaxed, even. Maybe it had something to do with the new atmosphere of the club...? Taking in a deep breath, Julian grinned, all the built up tension ebbing from his body. Kind of a shame that once this place was fixed they had to leave. Heh...if he could actually dance, he might stick around for just a minute more. But he was in need of some rest and relaxation, so leaving was the only course of action on his mind. Jak, after glancing around with a nostalgic smile, stood to his full towering height and gave a slow, elegant bow before he faded, receeding back to his owner's mind. Julian stretched his arms high above his head, shoulders popping. "Phew. It's over." Grinning widely at Mae, he willed Daemon to fade, then gestured towards the door with both hands in a grand, playful gesture. "Shall we depart, m'lady?" Should he agree, Julian would laugh and open the door for her, allowing her to pass through first. Then, after one more glance around, Julian followed Mae, intent on heading home. -Exit- | |
