Rin Akinyi stands at 5’ 8’’ and still weighs a mere 115 lbs; her small frame is due to her tendency to under eat or skip meals entirely, a habit she's never been truly capable of getting rid of. Her hair has still remained raven black, appearing to be her favorite color of hair now. Her eyes are now a calming violet, alluding to the fact she's returned to more eccentric ways of looks similar to her days as a DJ. Too support this fact, she's known to wear head accessories and very extravagant furisode inspired clothes. She's seemed to have taken an obvious liking to Japanese like clothing, something her mother had rubbed off on her.

Personality:
Rin's personality has gone through a lot of change, simply put. She's neither the eccentric and flamboyant DJ or the faux-passive and corrupt woman she was near the end of the Event that took place in Azores. Being alone and allowing herself to grow up has put her life into perspective, and it's safe to say she's a better person now because of it,

However, to say she's completely changed isn't accurate. Her drive in life hasn't changed completely, as she's still passive and an undecided person in life. She refuses to pick a path besides the one that was placed in front of her. She sees a path of passivity, of trust in one's environment as the best way to handle situations. She may come across as unbearably wishy washy as a cause of this though, however, that isn't to say she's lost all senses of passion.

Rin, while living in Iceland, has created a Japanese inspired night club that has become quite popular in the town she lived in. In part because of this, she's become a much more understanding and business like woman, similar to her mom in a way. Along with a successful business, she's also been engaged to her former manager and long time friend, Calvin. Something that has made her quite happy as a cause.

Regardless of this, she's a very average person when it comes to personality. Happy when she should be, sad when she should be. A placid and calm person who shines the wish of the angel she devoted herself too so long ago. Knowing this has made her exceedingly happy, relieved to have made amends with the angel she loved so much so.

The Background

History:
Rin grew up in a rich, overbearing family. She had always been a creative child, loving art and music classes more than the boring math and history. Her parents, however, suppressed her creative urges to the point where she was almost never allowed to do anything besides study. She excelled in her classes though as a cause, never wanting her parents to be mad at her. She became the ideal daughter, and she loved the attention she received.

However, her parents started fighting when she entered high school. It turned out her father had grown tired of his wife, and so wished to leave the two. Rin was terrified of the thought, and so did everything she could to excel in her classes. This was to no avail though because her parents divorced anyways, causing her to be shoved into the middle of their fights. Rin couldn’t handle the war between her parents, and at the age of 16, she graduated high school early and left to a musical college on a whim of rebellion towards her parents.

At music college, Rin was… Well, free. She had never felt so free in her life, and though she went there to play piano, she quickly grew fond of the more wild sounds that a DJ produces. She was a natural prodigy at the craft, and shifted her college’s degree towards the wild sounds she could produce on the turntables. She was sought out by music producers and managers alike and once graduated, went on her first tour. The now DJ had never been so happy and excited in her life, and so she created the wild and free persona she has today as a result.

After recently finishing her first tour, she came to vacation at the Azores Islands for fun and to produce a few more records for her manager. However, with the state of the islands, it might be safe to say she’ll be staying there longer than expected. Fate is a tricky creature, and it seems to want the DJ there. What’ll happen to her is up in the air, but what can be said is that she’ll have a blast doing it.

~Later in the Azores Event~

During the events of the Event, Rin had dropped her idol persona and returned to a state more like the one she had at the beginning of music college. She is still plagued by her previous issues, though, with the added issue of having little faith in humanity. She adopted an extremely passive stance in the event, no longer wishing to participate in it outside of fighting for Asha Vatishta's wish. She became prepared to do whatever is necessary, and gave humanity one more chance to grow out of the rut it is in.

~Time Lapse Between the Azores Event and the Demon Invasion~

Rin left Azores believing she'd never come back. And for the first year, she kept this thought. She moved to Iceland and created a small business with the family she made as a musician. Due to this, she made a happy life. Her business sky rocketed, she got engaged, and got on good terms with her mother. She simply seemed to have changed her life for the better, leaving behind her suicidal nature.

However, she also dedicated her life too the wish Asha Vatishta gave her. And because of this, she became a very passive and quiet person. She lives a life of passiveness, doing her best to keep his ideals ever present in her life. And she did so excellently. She became the perfect image of passiveness and tranquility. This has given her a very simple life though, more content with going with the flow of others than making her own path.

Regardless of this though, one fateful day she decided to make visit to the place she received her powers. She wished to go to the place she met Asha, or, the closest place she could. She wanted to truly say good bye too the one she loved so much. With a simple bow to her family, she left for Azores, thinking she'd come back soon after. However, this sadly wouldn't be for another event would soon encompass Azores.

The young touring DJ stands at 5’ 8’’ and weighs a mere 115 lbs; her small frame is due to her tendency to under eat or skip meals entirely. Her raven black and colorfully dyed hair goes down to her thighs. She’s almost always wearing pink contacts but her eyes are a natural green. She has a small face covered in piercings and wears two hair extensions that look like horns on her head. Outside of this, her outfits are usually very vibrant and colorful, generally wearing an over exaggerated amount of accessories as well.

Personality:
Rin’s personality is very over the top to say the least. She’s very energetic and loud, and combined with her bright clothing, she’s hard to miss in a crowd. She’s very bubbly and over the top, generally explaining things in ways most would find confusing or at the very least odd. However, she’s very easily bored and will do almost anything to stave it off. She’s also very goofy, a joke or funny comment generally on hand. Outside of this though is her obvious talent at DJing, something she loves to do and well usually talk about. However, her wild persona comes at the cost of the abundant disapproval of her parents. Rin’s personality has changed dramatically over the course of the event, causing Rin to become much more mellow and passive. She still holds by her wish for freedom, though, a shifted form of it. Like before, Rin is still divided in two paths, a path of acceptance and responsibility with her parents, or a path of family and freedom with the family she's built as a musician. However, she has dedicated her life to try and protect the world against the other participants in the event. She finds humanity is too immature, greedy, and ill prepared for the event, so much so she doubts humanity could ever be ready for such a huge event. Regardless of this, she still believes in Asha Vatishta's wish and follows him in a stead fast manner.
