Appearance: Rio is an eccentric looking person, wearing an odd mishmash to match his odd mishmash of feature. He has naturally medium length brown hair, with the bangs a lot longer than the rest of his hair. Speaking of his bangs, he has them died a light pink. He has heterochromatic eyes, one blue and the other green, and he has a small, pointed nose holding up his thick framed and dark green glasses. Being rather tall at a height of 6 feet and 4 inches, he wears clothes to match his odd tastes. Around his neck are two pink scarves, wrapped loosely with the tails hanging down behind him. He wears a short sleeved black tee shirt with a picture of a grey speaker on it and a dark green jacket over that. His jeans are the most normal part of his outfit, loose fit and dark blue, but his sneakers resume his off beat style, light pink AND dark green, an odd mixture.

Personality: Matching his appearance, Rio is an odd person. He finds the simplest things funny and the most well crafted jokes have no effect on him whatsoever, but using just the right combination of words can also easily set him off. He's mostly laid back, though, with a goofy smile covering his face at most times. He can be oddly frank at times and is not afraid to speak his mind or tell people that they are doing something abnormal, as he notices these things almost instantly.

The blades themselves are about a foot long from the handle to the tip, but when you measure the arc, they come out to about a foot and a half.

The Background

History: What is there to say about Rio? He was born to simple minded parents and raised in a simple household. Every day of his childhood life was as plain and boring as the previous, as he sat and did nothing but watch T.V. with his parents, no development going on in his young brain.

When he got the chance, he left. He had the option to move in with his relative so his mother and father could get better jobs in a different country, and though he was sad to see them go, he took this as an opportunity to be himself. This led him to being who he is now, as he delved deeper and deeper into contradictory behaviour, eccentric tastes and traits, and a whole host of bad attitude hidden behind a facade of silliness.

As he entered High School, Rio realized that being who was would just not crack it, so he piled on more stuff to his existing facade, adding a mask of disdain and apathy to other people to protect his own personality, trapping it in the process. Every joke he cracks is two sided, a symbol of his loneliness and of his happiness that he has remained himself. He just wishes he could make friends, and get rid of his mask.

Mhm good. Though, you should add the dimensions of your soulbound weapon as well. (The length of the blades the sickles have) Do that and you're approved ~
