Appearance: Yuri's appearance is that of a sickly individual. He's abnormally thin and pale, and his grey eyes hold a hazy, emotionless look. Black, unkempt hair covers most of his face. His attire is usually somewhat formal, with his preferred outfit being a grey double breasted overcoat, black pants, and black leather shoes.

Personality: Yuri is a man of unending self-confidence, who firmly believes himself to be superior to all others. He does not act this belief out in a painfully egotistical manner, however. He has extremely high moral standards, and feels as though everyone should only ever act with others in mind, and never for themselves, no matter the situation, and he carries a deep hatred for those who harm the public. Yuri is also devoutly religious, and states that above all, God's will is his highest priority.

The Background

Yuri came from a rich family who owned a large oil drilling company. They could afford whatever they pleased, but were not very happy, as they were none too close. With his parents dealing with business all day long, and no siblings to talk to, Yuri had nothing better to do than to explore his hometown. It is unusual for a small child to be walking out on their own, especially late at night, which is why Yuri caught the attention of one old priest, looking out the window of his church. He called Yuri in, to phone his parents, and lectured him about safety, just as his parents would later that night.
The next day, Yuri returned to the church. He wanted to talk with the priest he met the day before, however, there was currently a service happening. Yuri attended. He would continue to attend, again and again. The youth who had learned nothing of life from his parents, nor had any friends to learn from, had now been told that the purpose of life is to go out and do good. If this is the case, he thought, those who harm the general public are scum unfit to live. And thus, with newly concentrated angst, he gathered his savings and left his estranged parents, to live on his own, unsure of where life would lead him.

Looks like an interesting character! Though we do have some things to go over with Yuri before he's approved.

Sorry man, max % allowed for Strengths is 15% to keep things even. You'll need to lower it if you want to keep it.

If you really want to you can just call it a 5% increase to PPstr, but it needs a balancing combat Weakness of equal intensity. Nothing wrong with keeping it at 5% though.

Before we get too deep into things I'll say that these Weaknesses are fine to keep as long as they balance out your Strengths. I will also say that these Weaknesses are CRIPPLING. Increasing skill cost while suffering from an Ailment or under 10% HP is fine and balances out your Ailment resistance Strength well, but tripling it is gonna make it impossible to fight Ailment-centric enemies and we've got a whole faction subset of those. Lowering combat experience is also a viable route for whatever character you wish to make but know that at -20% EXP you will lag FAR behind everyone else and you're already starting late in the game. For the chance of Instant Kill from Dark skills it's like you're taking an extra Persona Weakness which is also pretty harmful. Sorry my dude but in good faith I'll need you to tone some of these Weaknesses down a bit before starting, I can give pointers if you need them. You wouldn't be shooting yourself in the foot, you'd be blowing the whole leg off.

Less egregious is I'll need you to list the dimensions of your Soulbound I.E. how long your sword is. Just ping back in the grading channel if you need help or have edits you need looked over.
