Demon Form Name: Ilssia, Serpent of the Silken Sands (no name change)

True Form Appearance: Ilssia's normal everyday appearance is her True Form, although with certain discrepancies. When Ilssia is particularly determined, angry, excited, or any other passionate emotion her hair will alight with fire and her skin will grow a darker orange and become nearly scalding to the touch.

Form Background: Ilssia is not only a djinni, but an efreet. Djinn are part of the four creatures created by the gods: mortals, angels, demons, and djinn. Djinn were granted incredible magical abilities but at the caveat that they have to use it to serve mortals, many of them are slaves bound to magic lamps. Djinn can be classified as elemental spirits that take on a physical form, the most common being air, water, and fire. Efreeti are often known to be malevolent though not all of them need to be and Ilssia is more of a trickster than outright dangerous or evil. As shown by the unique traits of her True Form, efreeti are djinni of the fire element.

Special Ability:

Ability Name: Corrupt

When Corruption occurs Ilssia completely loses her temper and is overcome by feelings of hatred, conceit, and contempt towards the mortals that subjugate her which she turns toward whatever stands before her. In this form she appears how she naturally is on her home plane of existence: a terrifying creature composed of fire and molten rock, heat and fire incarnate. Her hair completely goes alight and she grows a pair of ebony horns, her eyes burning over with embers. Her body becomes bright red and her features become more demonic, her long ponytail fusing to her spine and forming a sinister pointed tail. She appears to be made of molten rock and ash in this form and the heat thrown off her becomes unbearable in close proximity.

Although separate from her True Form this is her natural real appearance she was born with and not the more human form she has been stuck with in the realm of mortals. She cannot maintain this form for long on the mortal plane of existence.

Description: A strange force pulls at those with demonic blood in Junction. Tainting their minds and forcing them to be drawn below. This corrupting force, however, is not without it perks. Demons may, momentarily, allow their forms to corrupt and twist in accordance with this force. When Corrupted, a demon’s attack skills OR healing skills all become one tier higher, and their PPstr and PMstr are reduced by 30% then added together, all attack skills then pull from this one combined stat. This form lasts for three turns, and afterwards the demon will suffer from a random status effect for the duration of combat, this ailment cannot be cured untill combat ends. This form CAN be used multiple times during combat, however each time it is used the number of incurable ailments double.

Description: Ilssia has the ability to concentrate the fire within her body into a sphere of flaming energy and launch it at foes. She can fire this ball of fire from her hand like a flare gun with a max range of 50 meters or throw it like a grenade with a 3 meter explosive radius, both attacks explode in a crackle of flame on contact with a surface. She can lessen the output of this fire to light things on fire with a simple touch or hold onto her ball of energy for use like a light source.

This attack has an extra 10% chance to cause the Searing Burn Ailment.
