The battle was over, and her conversation with the two men was complete, all that was left was to start her evaluation of the other two. She did want more teammates, but working solo did always come across as better in her eyes. Either way, she might as well try to see if these two are even worth it. Before he would leave the area, she would try to get his attention without coming too close. "Hey kid 2.0. You gotta second? I wanna talk to ya." She'd stand proudly as she normally did, holding the strap of her bag in her right hand as it was situated on that shoulder. Mimic was quiet, but that might be because no one was around that it could make fun of, which was a blessing for her. Though maybe if she got close enough to these people, the bag would be more social in battle. That, would be annoying indeed. "If ya don't mind me askin', what do you plan on doing after all this?"

Hmm? The violent woman, what business do you have with me?" Seek would slightly turn towards the woman with exceptional skill, but she was way too eager to use the powers she had. Not that seek cared, but her thirst for battle might prove troublesome at some point, she had to be watched. Hopefully, she wouldn't endure the wrath of a horde of sfalma or something of the sort. Seek noticed that she was keeping her distance, he didn't blame her. However, they just fought together, so Seek would tolerate her coming a bit closer. It also wouldn't her to check if her emotions were in check, just so Seek would know what he was getting himself into.

"After what? This fight? For some reason, I'm suffering side effects from having this "power" I need to find out why, which is why I need Emile and the pills he has. If I can't fight, im dead weight...." Seek was as simplistic with his ideals as possible. "And you?"

All the boy would get from her emotions is a fuck ton of confidence, seeing as she rarely showed emotions anyways, so it would be hard for him to sense anything else other than her state of being. "I'm going to take that nickname as a compliment, but my name is Vivian or Viv if you were wondering." Moving closer, she'd come within a few feet of him, still keeping her straight face. "Pills for your power? Maybe your relationship with your power isn't natural? Cause when I went through my experiments, I quickly learned that I took on a 'parasitic' relationship with this bag, so now I feel some mental strain when I'm not within arms reach of it, I even have to sleep with it next to me. You could say it's like a bad habit or a drug." She thought for a second, looking down at Mimic. "Maybe the drugs keep it from killing you? Cause the scientist told me that I could die if I stayed away from my bag for too long." She looked back at the boy again, putting one hand on her hip as she held her strap with the other. "I plan on getting to the bottom of this whole situation. Because trust me, I would love to ignore it, but this probably effects the tower. I don't want to have any unwanted surprises coming at me inside my turf, if you get what I mean." Maybe the drug thing would prove to be a problem in battle, but as long as they made sure he got his dose, it would be fine. She had her weaknesses too, and Sam was right, the more help they got the better it would be for everyone.

"Vivian? Alright...Seek..." That was a brief section of introductions that Seek was glad to get out of the way. He was starting to relax a little bit more and hear this woman out. Apparently, she did have more experience with the supernatural that Seek had himself."I dont remember taking any of these, whatever these things are...before... wait....did you say experiemts? Did the scientists of Parangelia do this to you?" Seek was thrown off just a bit, he always thought the scientists were more into creating robots of the sort. If it turns out that they were doing human experimentations illegally, then this was something he had to look into. "So we technically got the same deal..... Right.... but i wont make it easy for this power to kill me. " Seek folded his arms as he eyed Viv, the violent woman. Apparently, all she had was confidence, good for her. Seek was primarily skeptical about this whole, the only thing that was moving him forward was his sense of duty. You mentioned turf. What are you? A gang member?"

"Seek is a good name, though I might just call you Kid 2.0." She looked up at the sky slightly, watching the bright colors that filled it change ever so slowly. "And yeah they did do this to me, but don't get the wrong idea, I volunteered for it. I wanted this power so I could become stronger and protect my family. That might be why I push myself in the tower so much, because my only option is to fight. I wouldn't let this bag kill me for anything, so I don't expect you to let some pills hold you back." So maybe she did seem to start liking the kid, but that wasn't set in stone yet. "Nah, I'm not in a gang or anything. I consider the tower my turf, seeing how no one has gone in there besides me before this."

"Call me whatever you want, it doesn't matter" Seek didn't care too much for nicknames, it didn't rattle him too much. The first few days of being in the military, he was a number. Even though his father cared for him to a degree, he always called seek "private", not son or child. " Family huh?" Seek would say as he looked around and looked back at Vivian. Why don't you look around the area to see if your family is alright? I tried scanning the perimeter of civilians, but they are mostly scattered around. If the reason for you claiming power is to have secure protection for your family, why are you talking to me right now instead of being there with them? Get your priorities straight, if you sacrificed your body for them, commit to your resolve and go look for them.

It wasn't assumed that Vivian's family was missing or anything, it was just that seek knew that it was a state of emergency and that people would be scattered all around, she should at least look. " And here..." Seek reached into his pocket and pulled out a cut out star, handing it to her. "Found this after the fight, but i dont have much use for it. Keep it with you for luck."

Viv took the item, looking at it for a few minutes before opening up her shadow and putting it into her bag. She'd quickly pull out some money and hand it to the boy. "So I don't owe ya anything. It's a pretty star so this should be enough to cover it." She looked around, wondering if he was right, though the thought slipped out of her head. "I know she's alright, I watched her safely get out before the battle even began. And I know where she is so there's no problem there. I'm trying to get done with all of this stuff so I actually go check on her. But trust me, she is definitely fine." She'd grasp the strap a bit more, keeping eye contact. "I need you to join me in the tower tomorrow, I want to test your skills. You and the crazy chef guy. I need to see in an enclosed environment that you're both capable to handle yourselves. I couldn't really focus on you both during the fight, and I want to work with more people, but I need to know they'll be able to have my back if I have theirs."

"Hmph!" Seek would take and pocket the money. " I'm not a charity case, I only thought that it would do you more good than ever for me. But I'll take the money. Thanks..." Seek would say briefly to Viv as he nodded his head at the acknowledgement of his relatives safety. By family, she probably met another woman. Girl? Maybe this woman is actually a mother, older sister, or somewhere along the adopted line. "That's good, you are even more resourceful than I thought if you planned ahead that fast." He then raised his eyebrow when she mentioned, the tower once more, but issuing a challenge as well.

"Sparring? Now? Do we even have any time for that?" Seek would look up at the sun and assess the time of day, it was still the evening, regardless of the sudden clouds and weather. " Fine, but I'm not sexist in the least so I'll treat you the same like anyone else. " It doesn't matter if she's a woman, if there is something Seek can take advantage of, he will.
