| Pyre GroveThe smallest stage by far. This area is composed of a small slab of rock, set on a 15 degree tilt that leads straight into molten rock, or lava. The length of the arena is only about 30 meters, while its width is clocking in at around 21. It isn't circular, much unlike the others, and is instead irregular. If one can make it past the lava and onto another piece of land, they'll find that the invisible wall of this stage appears at around 45 meters from the center, which is more than enough to have various small platforms to battle on. The entire field is supposedly superheated, as standing on the ground puts a DoT effect on any fighter that shaves off 5% of their HP each turn. Standing on the lava, on the other hand, gets you a much harsher punishment of 20% HP damage every turn you're in it (10% if strong to Fire), as well as a 20% Luck debuff while standing in it, as it acts somewhat like very thick quicksand. Both of these status effects can be avoided using skills to avoid standing on the ground at all. The most dangerous stage, in a way. | |
