Age: 19…or so the paper and looks say, she is actually much older than that, but she will never tell her real age.
Birth Day: June 28
Arcana: Lust
Place of Residence: She has a place in the school dorms, but it is not unusual to find her at Oki’s shop either… much to the Oki’s displeasure.
School Year: Third
Class: 3-B

After School Club: Not really, but she does seem to enjoy writing poetry and drawing in her spare time. She supposes if you like that sort of stuff you can join her and spend “club” time that way, but outside of that she does her own thing.

Part Time Job: A hobby she is passionate about is the preferred worda here. She is a dealer known as the Collector.

Appearance: Sky is tall for a female coming in at 5’11 without her sky scrapper heels on. She is thin and fit like a model and weighs about 160 pounds. Her dress wear can be anything from jeans and a half top that shows off her flat stomach to long elegant dresses to goth wear depending on her mood for the day. She has eerie blue eyes that seems to glow in the dark and dark red hair that is braided. Her skin is as white as snow and her finger nails are naturally black, her lips stained a permanent and perfect shade of red.

Personality: Sky is the calm beauty that seemingly is untouchable as she sits in her chair with her back straight and head held high. She is confident in all things she does and has no issues showing off her curves; however, she does not do this to be sexual. She simply doesn’t see the need to hide her body and finds it silly for people to worry about weight and looks. You are who you are. End of story. Sky speaks in a semi-husky voice that is appealing to most males and the envy of most females. She is charming and knows how to hold her own in the social ring.

She knows how to command the spot light and is unafraid to get up in front of people for speeches or to sing. She keeps herself well-kept and well dressed, making her every bit an image of perfection; however, the image and sweet girl act is a front for what she really is underneath – a demon,

Sky is well versed in armed and unarmed combat, she knows the human body like the back of her hand and she has the ability to use words to drive permeant draggers into a person if necessary. She has no qualms about stepping on those in her way and killing is just a pass time in some cases for her. She has been in and out of jail for various things; however, she has not ceased her trade of information or odd goods. She hasn’t ceased collecting her payments and leaving broken bodies behind.

She doesn’t care if she gets caught for in the end she always gets out and moves someplace else where she is less known. In a nutshell, she is a demon with an angel’s face.

—Description: Sky is a beauty that knows her way around both men and women. With pretty words and actions, it is very easy for her to get others to fall for her.

—Description: Much like her younger sibling Sky was placed in a training program that taught her various combat skills that make her adaptable and dangerous on the field regardless of what she has on or in her hand. Her preferred choice of weapon is a whip blade that allows her to switch between close quarter and mid-range combat.

—Strength Name: Control
—Description: While she doesn’t volunteer to be leader at any point, it cannot be denied that when push comes to shove, she can step up into the leadership role giving out commands just as easily as she can toss out threats in any situations.

—Description: She knows the body like the back of her hand and has no issues using this knowledge to her advantage.

—Strength Name: A deal is a deal.
—Description: Being a collector and trader of the not most legal things in the world, Sky is very good at keeping confidentiality and deals with those who chose to deal with her. She always does what she promises and expects the other party to do the same.

—Description: Sky loves power, but not the sort that helps people. Oh no, no. That would be too boring. She loves to have power so she can turn around and use it to her advantage, as a result of this she can be manipulated into doing various things if someone can keep their end of the bargain to give her more power.

—Weakness Name: Merciless
—Description: She may wear a pretty face and say nice things, but when it comes down to it, Sky is a heartless collector that will get what is due to her one way or another. She has no remorse for harming or killing another. She just does it because she can.

—Weakness Name: Long Range Combat
—Description: While Sky is good at fighting in most situations, due to the sort of weapon she uses she has difficulty with long range opponents that are harder to reach with her whip and even harder block thanks to projectiles being much faster than she can actually move.

—Weakness Name: Bad Girl
—Description: To those in the know, Sky is not the golden girl so many think her to be. She is feared around the school and many rumors of her criminal like habits floats around like wild fire making it hard for people to befriend the woman, even if she wanted friends.

—Weakness Name: Younger Sibling
—Description: There is only one being in existence currently that Sky would literally do almost anything for: her younger sibling Oki. While she may not be warm and friendly on a regular basis ever since discovering where her sibling is she has been trying to be a big sister once more; however, Oki is terrified of her and her ways that she refuses to change putting a huge strain on their relationship. Still regardless of this, she tries and will do anything to ensure that Oki remains safe.

Soul Bound Weapon: (This is the weapon you'll be able to summon to your hand while in combat. This weapon is special for your character specifically and allows you to fight Shadows without the need of summoning your Persona. This can be anything but a Gun (Or gun related weapon))

Weapon Name: Fang
Weapon Description: Fang is a strange weapon. Appearing to be a pure black, 36" blade with faint cracks in it, the weapon can be used to strike enemies that come in close; however, the weapon is not an ordinary blade. With a subtle change on the grip, the cracks on the blade reveal their true nature as they separate from each other revealing an almost invisible thread of strong and flexible metal that holds up the heavy shards that form the deadly whip that is formed. The whip can extend outward up to 6 feet in length, giving her a nice bubble to work in, but anything outside of that bubble becomes difficult to hit.This allows her to switch from close combat to mid-range combat on the fly.

The Background

History: Sky is a deep and blurred memory of Oki’s past. While her younger sibling was taken away from her and experimented on, she was handed over to the combat department of the lab where she was trained in the way of weapons and unarmed combat. She was injected with a chemical that would enhance her ability to fight and endure pain with the side of effect of her aging extremely slowly. With the chemical in her, she was taught how to kill, but also educated so she could perform normally in society. She was conditioned into an assassin that was able to blend in with the world and kill without mercy.

Sky took to her lessons well enough and absorbed everything she learned. She was an obedient solider that showed much potential for being the absolute best assassin ever. Hopes for her were high, but perhaps it was those hopes that kept the combat department oblivious to the beast they had created.

Ever since the first day, she stabbed the girl she was training against to death, Sky got a twisted pleasure of seeing people squirm under her might. She liked soaring to the top of her class and watching others look at her with envy and then later fear when she put challengers in their place. The combat department praised her while her peers feared her, but the child did not care. She liked how the power and control felt as it flowed through her. She loved the high she would get each time she overcame something more challenging. She loved the feeling so much that she became obsessed with it. She always took pleasure in getting that sort of high that was associated with succeeding and gaining more power. Her lust for power helped her excel to the top of her class and beyond, but when she hit the ceiling and could not move up further, the girl wanted to leave. However, the combat department refused to let her go. Stuck, but not one to remain miserable, Sky allowed the combat department to hold onto her….but the price they paid for keeping her from power was a deadly.

Wearing her pretty smile and face, Sky would stay quiet and to her books in her free time. She requested all sorts of books ranging from fiction to medical. She read and gained knowledge and learned to fool people with seemingly innocent or kind actions. She wormed her way into people’s hearts, got them to trust her and then on one cold day in February, she convinced the head of the combat development team to allow a banquet to be held. She said the out of place event could help build morale and give those still in training some strength to continue on.

Impressed by the request made by the girl, the leader let the banquet occurred and allowed the seemingly innocent Sky to help with preparations of the food and drink. The banquet was held and the best was given out. People laughed and were jolly. Laughed and ate. Laughed and ate. Laughed, laughed, laughed until there was no laughter or movement anymore.

With a smile on her face, Sky got up from her chair and waltzed out of the banquet hall and her confining home, leaving behind a compound of corpses in her wake….and you know what? She wasn’t sorry for what she did at all.

From her hidden home, Sky drifted easily using her charm to worm her way into more people’s hearts that when necessary she would easily crush. She drifted about from home to home enjoying what she was able to get from people. Enjoying using others and seeing people squirm and pay for things she found were unjust.

The child became a dark one and began to associate herself with the underground. She learned the art of deals and within a few short months she made a name for herself in the dark corners of the world. Known as The Collector, Sky could indeed get and give people what they wanted…always for a price that had to be paid no matter what. She didn’t care that she was caught by the police for she always found a way out. She made her trade and avoiding the police a game just to see how long she could stay free before being caught again and then once caught seeing how long it was before she was free once more.

Sky drifted from place to place carrying her tilt with her as she continued to build her power and find new challenges. Her life was almost perfect for her, but she missed one thing: Her younger sibling. While Sky was not one to hold onto much in her life, she really did want to reunite with her sibling and try to be an older sibling to that which was lost to her some time ago. While she has indeed located her younger sibling due her life style and aura, she finds the relationship between herself and Oki quite strained, yet for some reason she feels the need to try and make that relationship better.

For your character, I need you to be specific on what combat you are adept in, and a combat-related weakness to balance it. Once more, I need the length of your soulbound weapon and what the whip can extend to and you're all set.
