Shadow Weapon Appearance:
When it comes to his weapon it is not seen unless he has no shirt on, is wearing sleeveless, or something happens to expose his right arm. His right hand, arm and side is actually not normal. His body on that side is a mix of raised flesh and faintly black and red material that is definitely living. It is the sign that he and his shadow are more connected then one thinks. The area looks similar to Link's arm here. When awaken Red channel's her power thorough Kei and infuses him with power that can then be channeled outward in the form of powers or attacks.

While not in battle, the shadow typically does not show itself though it can be noted that at random a rather strange woman is seen with Kei that holds an personality that matches Kei's when his shadow speaks/has control of him.

Shadow Weapon Personality: Sephtis is engima. She doesn't have an issue speaking with others using Kei as her medium. She is interesting in the fact that she rebelled against being a weapon and killed her hosts hoping never to merge with one. When she met Kei, she merged perfectly well with him after seemingly giving up on killing the boy over the course of five years. Why she chose to do this and give the boy her power is unknown. Perhaps she likes him or maybe the boy willing giving up some of his body and his emotions to her caused her to bend. No one really knows and she won't tell.

Shadow Weapon Background: No one knows how this shadow came to be or how she was even captured considering her rebellious nature. Her past she keeps close to herself just like her reasons for choosing Kei as her host.

Passive Boosts: Users have a latent 10% boost in Physical Endurance and Magical Endurance. They also gain a 10% boost to HP.

Skill 2: Searing Burn | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a burn ailment with each agi skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc fire. Takes 15% of total health off the opponent each turn, for three turns. Can be put out by a bufu skill used on self that matches tier. Effects do not stack | Passive | Tier 1

Ability Name: Last Life
Appearance while in Last Life: Kei gives into his shadow fully causing him to transform into an otherworldly warrior that wields a long thin blade instead of his usual large claymore. He is faster in this form than normal and seems to have alot more of his shadow's personality and behaviors when in this form. He remains the same height and weight though despite appearance changes.
Description: When Kei's health gets lower than 30% he automatically go into a powerful state called [Last Life]. This happens once per battle and powers all his moves up by 30%. Even their skills rank up a tier in damage. This mode lasts for three turns regardless if their HP recovers past the 30% mark.

Cost: 10 SP
Type of Damage: Zio, AoE
Description: Kei will summon a black colored phoenix with golden eyes to the field. Once on the field, the phoenix charges up before unleashing a blast of electricity that causes a small amount electrical damage to what it hits. Please take note that due to the high voltage of the attack it has 10% chance to cast the static shock alignment upon enemies. The static shock alignment causes Kei's next attack to be a guaranteed critical if it is a physical attack. It wears off on the opponent's next turn and is not effective against enemies that are strong/block/etc electricity. Effects do not stack in PvS. In PvP it can stun an opponent leaving them open to the next attack made. Outside of battle it can be used to power electronics/technology and the bird itself can be used to help with various tasks in life. Please note: the electrical charge can only power up small computers (like a lap top or lights within a 10ft radius. It cannot be used to generate enough power to power large machinery/technology. For more complex devices the charge can only last around 1 hour at most before having to be charged again. This does not replace actually fuses or power sources for things within the world.

Just give me some details on its power-output when it comes to providing electrical power to nearby electrical appliances and such. The thing's no powerplant, after all.
