Shadow Weapon's Name: Persephone

Shadow Weapon Appearance: In the real world, she is a charm that rests upon a clip right below Oki’s left shoulder. She is bright orange, with red ears, black legs and arms, a zipper down her stomach and a red bow near her right ear. She has big round eyes and long eyes lashes and wears a huge smile bearing fangs. She is defined as cute, yet creepy by most. In the other world, she is no longer a small charm. She turns into a creature that is about the size of a small stuffed bear. She floats or walks around the area and can act on her own. She never strays far from Oki and can always be found hanging off its shoulder or floating/standing nearby an area Oki is exploring. She remains the same in appearance, it’s just her size that changes and that mouth of hers can shift to form emotions.  

Shadow Weapon Personality: If Oki is a lost child, then Persephone is the tough and protective older sister. She is talkative, has attitude, and quite frankly doesn’t care whose feelings she hurts when speaking. She is blunt and upfront and can be a bit sarcastic when mad or annoyed. She is full of spunk and even though she is small she will let those who think they can run over her know she is no push over. She can be sweet and helpful, but much like Oki it takes a while for the shadow to trust an outsider. She speaks to Oki whether she is inside or outside of the normal world since they have a telepathic connection; however, when she wants her voice can be heard by others around her too or directed at another. She loves attention and compliments and also shadows. She respects her own kind, but loves it when she can eat a “naughty” shadow for trying to harm her owner and friends.

Shadow Weapon Background: In the isolated labs where Oki was experimented on the scientists managed to trap a shadow that was curious and non-hostile. The shadow easily went into their traps and for a few days allowed them to observe it as it in turn observed the scientists and its surroundings. The shadow watched as the scientists put Oki under various tests. It watched the child’s suffering. It watched the cats observe like they were better than anyone and in turn it began to want to protect the child from the world around it. So the shadow waited its time, remaining non-hostile for a few days until the scientist began to poke and prod it with their tools. In anger, the small blob of a shadow reared up and revealed its true form as a mass of shadows and teeth. The creature lashed out at the scientists and cats. Lashed out at the equipment and made the place a ruin. The shadow made sure it would not harm Oki and once it was done destroying what it hated, it released the child from the prison.

Happy with its work, the shadow slunk back into the darkness of the world where it kept an eye on Oki from afar. When Oki was given the bear like charm from the old lady, the shadow saw an opportunity to be close to the child without being noticeable and so it fused itself with the one thing that Oki adored and love to wait for its turn to become Oki’s true guardian and helper.

Special Ability:

Ability Name: Last Life
Appearance while in Last Life: Oki eyes turn red and a pair of black wings come from its back and claws from its hands. Persephone will stay clung to Oki’s shoulder and remains supportive as always to the being and allies as Oki moves about the field and attacks enemies physically.
Description: When the Forgotten's health gets lower than 30% they automatically go into a powerful state called [Last Life]. This happens once per battle and powers all their moves up by 30%. Even their skills rank up a tier in damage. This mode lasts as long as their health is below 30%.

Cost: 4 SP
Type of Damage: Bad Effect
Description: Oki will fly high into the air and fold its hands like it is praying as mutters something. As it mutters, the skies turn grey and a light purple rain will pour down from above and coat the field. The rain reduces one enemy's defense by 15% for 3 turns.

Allright, good, however that Human Skill won't do. It's only Tier 1, which is the weakest type of a skill, it wouldn't be capable of something like that.

First of all, no two types of actions such as healing & damage. It can be only one or the other. Also, while it is an interesting idea to begin with, T1 isn't flexible enough to have a changeable element type. You would have to make it only one certain element.

Think about it, I guess. It can be many things. A human skill doesn't even have to be a damage dealing thing or such. It can even be some utility that assists you in a different way.

And for a reminder, anything magical related costs SP. Physical typed moves cost HP, but not a set amount. HP is counted in %'s. Like 5% of max HP, and such, so it simply scales with your stats. Because, for example 10 HP would be nothing later on when you'll have like ...100 : P

You'll need to make it exact. What exactly is it reducing? (Their attack power, defense, and such - you can look at the skill list to help you decide. These kinds are under the Enhance skills --> https://newarcana.forumotion.com/t6-persona-skill-list ) As well as by how much. For a T1 skill it's most optimal to be 15%, and only single target. In such a case, the cost can be 4 SP.

How is that?

Er, almost there. I guess I forgot to mention. Stat decreasers last generally for three turns, not the whole battle ^^
