some higher Tier personas (prolly going up to like Tier 8-10) are able to have like
+3 to stats, but -2 to other stats per rank
which could be nuts but hey, it's meant to be experimental too | |

Tier 2 - Total of 200% resistances to allocate. Highest to allocate to one element is 25% and lowest is -25%. Cannot have any allocated or detracted in Almighty, remains at 0%.
Tier 3 - Total of 250% resistances to allocate. Highest to allocate to one element is 50% and lowest is -50%. Cannot have any allocated or detracted in Almighty, remains at 0%.
Tier 4 - Total of 300% resistances to allocate. Highest to allocate to one element is 50% and lowest is -50%. Cannot have any allocated or detracted in Almighty, remains at 0%.
Tier 5 - Total of 350% resistances to allocate. Highest to allocate to one element is 200% and lowest is -100%. Almighty maximum is 25% and it costs 300% resistances.

you probably did, let me clarify
the Demon Weapon is the only skillset Forgotten have
when you equip a Magatama and rank it up, you directly transfer its skills into the Demon Weapon
the Magatama stops having that skill, and it becomes usable once you obtain it
once you max out your Demon Weapon's skillset, you can still obtain skills by ranking up Magatama, just that you have to replace one of your existing ones

or you can choose to abandon the skill if you don't want it
so if like a Magatama pops up that has like Arrow Rain, Apt Pupil and Primal Force but you already have Akasha Arts on your skillset and don't want Arrow Rain, you can work to rank that Magatama up to Rank 2 to unlock both Arrow Rain and Apt Pupil, then simply discard Arrow Rain and replace a skill with Apt Pupil
as an example, Apt Pupil still isn't a skill
