Elemental Demons, Mitama Personas and Treasure Magatama

The Sandbox Plot will have four basic Mutated Elements that can be obtained by anyone if they follow the right steps: Earth, Force, Water and Energy, corresponding to Electricity, Wind, Ice and Fire respectively. They're obtained in different ways depending on the PC's class.

Elemental Demons -

When fusing two Demons of the same Race, you will always obtain a Demon of the Elemental Race as a result. This Demon's Tier can only be 2, 4, 6 or 8. Elementals cannot participate in battle, and their first skill is always Growth. They have a total of five Ranks, with four being unlockable and filled as such:

Rank 2: Single-Target Spell
Rank 3: AoE Spell
Rank 4: Phys Hybrid
Rank 5: Ailment Passive

These skills' tiers depend on the Tier of the Demon itself. Tier 2 Demons have only Tier 1 skills of their element, Tier 4 Demons have Tier 2 skills, Tier 6 have Tier 3 and Tier 8 have Tier 4.

Mitama Personas -

Personas obtained through Cross Fusion, with four of each having the full line of skills up to Tier 3 of their element. These Personas are all Tier 4 Personas, cannot be equipped, and their skillset is as follows:

Rank 1: Growth
Rank 2: Tier 1 ST Spell
Rank 3: Tier 1 AoE Spell
Rank 4: Tier 2 ST Spell
Rank 5: Tier 2 AoE Spell
Rank 6: Tier 2 Phys Hybrid
Rank 7: Tier 3 ST Spell
Rank 8: Tier 3 AoE Spell

The Tier 4 versions of Mutated Elements will be found in other Personas. The Mitamas can be fused to pass on their Mutated skills to other Personas, with restrictions on which Tier and Arcana can inherit each individual skill. Growth can never be passed on from them.

Treasure Magatama -

Like the Treasure Demons of Persona 5, Treasure Magatama appear uncommonly when opening a treasure chest, mining, foraging or entering a battle (replacing one of the Demons in that battle at random). These Treasure Magatama spam their respective Mutated Element during combat, and are strong or even block all but a single element that they're weak to. When downed and negotiated with, they turn into a docile Magatama that can be equipped by a Forgotten.

These Magatama's skillset often looks like this:

Rank 1: ST Spell
Rank 2: AoE Spell
Rank 3: Phys Hybrid/Ailment Passive

And their affinities tend to have 25% or 50% on everything except for one element which it has -200% in.

So a little problem with mutated elements, we already have nuclear, gravity, water, magnetic, and sound listed as mutated elements in the skill list. So... what do with them?

they're boosted by some Arcana now (Priestess for Nuclear and Empress for Psychokinesis)

Might be fine with that then. Some event personas could probably have these. Like Julius' Tsukuyomi with Gravity.
