Arcana: The Moon - Portrayed as two dogs howling at the moon around a pool with a lobster in it, with two towers in the background, the Moon Arcana is associated with creativity, inspiration, dreams, madness, illusions, fear, fantasy, the subconscious and trickery. Appearance: Matty has the appearance of an androgynous young human, though with extremely distinctive features that make it extremely obvious she's anything but organic. Though her body moves organically and she even seems to have very human mannerisms like blinking, fidgeting and gasping, Matty doesn't breath, and most of all, her hair is completely transparent and displays similarly translucent glass beneath it.

Indeed, Matty's entire body is made of various layers of glass, interwoven with circuitry to form a 5'2 automaton greatly resembling a human, but not even close to being right. She doesn't fall into the uncanny valley simply because her face surpasses it in being identical to a human's, but her eyebrows, lashes and irises are just as transparent as her hair.

On to her most distinctive features, Matty's hair (all of it) and her eyes both are a bright emerald green, and her "skin" or whatever covers the inner glass portions of her body is extremely pale. But what's most striking are her long slender arms made of pure gold. Well, calling them arms is only true some of the time, as she can manipulate this gold into various different shapes like... well, multiple arms, or tentacles, or similar things of that sort.

Personality: Matty is, well, a complete idiot. Maybe that's not quite true, as she at least knows how to do basic things like clean herself and make rudimentary meals and, well, throw a pretty crummy fist in a fight... but aside from that, she's very similar to a child in terms of knowing how to live. She's naive and cowardly, preferring to cheer the real fighters on as they get through Shadows and Demons alike, all the while using her powers to give them great boosts.

Though in general Matty is a very positive person. She's cheery, nice, warm and playful, often tries to play pranks on friend and not-friend alike, but most of all she really likes to be in someone else's company at all times. In that sense, she's a lot like a young kid, still discovering the world for the first time but possessing a serious optimism about it due to it.

That said, though, Matty is also... deeply jealous of humans. Their history, their freedom of adaptation, their seeming favor from the world for having such higher ceilings for their potential. These things are deeply interesting to her, but nevertheless she wishes she could be a part of it too, instead of simply being part of a species spawned from the ingenuity of organic life. And she really does admire their ingenuity; to be able to make life like hers out of nothing but their intelligence is really something to admire, in her mind anyway.

The Potential

Racial Bonus: Anti-Shadow Suppression weapons are lifelike humanoid (or alien shaped) robots, or androids, or toasters. Either way, these automated and self-aware robots have been built in order to harness the power of the Potential and help combat the threat of Anti-Space. However, being an ASSW in these times can be dangerous, as a hivemind of ASSWs intent on assimilating all life in the Post-World has been ravaging civilizations all over the place. This puts ASSWs in a spot of distrust but also even greater danger of being assimilated themselves.

Orgia Mode activates automatically (this isn't optional) when a special ability, such as the Order Persona Plugs' Fusion Attack or Weapon Persona Plugs' Last Life. Orgia Mode lasts 3 turns during which the user has full access to the equipped Plug's currently activated special ability (such as using the Fusion Attack up to 3 times instead of only once). Note that other Special Abilities cannot be activated during Orgia Mode or its overheating period, even if their requirements are met (such as Last Life’s HP treshold). Additionally, skill costs are halved (stacks with Shadow Massacre's cost halving ability), and user can take an extra action within the PvS combat phase. After Orgia Mode, the user suffers the full reprecussions of their activated special ability on top of being unable to take any actions for 3 turns. Additionally, attacks against the user will have a 30% chance to knock them down while they're overheating from this enchanced Orgia Mode.
Upon reaching Level 35, Orgia mode can be upgraded into one of two new forms, branded as Hot and Cold Orgia Mode respectively.

Strengths:

—Strength Name: Splinter, don't crack
—Description: Matty's body being made entirely of glass initially seems like a hefty drawback, due to the usual fragility of the material; however, her body's glass is so dense and advanced that this turns into a major strength for her instead. When hit by an attack, the various layers of strengthened glass allow the force of the impact to scatter more easily between them, so instead of fracturing through it instead causes very small cracks throughout many layers that end up amounting to very little as the glass withstands most of their shock. In combat, this translates to a 15% bonus to physical damage reduction overall. It also works on real damage, naturally.

—Strength Name: Shadow Puppets
—Description: No, not the ominous kind, the actual make-an-animal-with-your-hands-and-shine-a-light-over-them kind, but without the light. Matty's arms being made of a gold alloy allow her to mold them instinctively to any shape she wants, so she can use them to reenact scenes if she can't explain them properly or simply show someone's face instead of describing it. This has no bonus in combat.

—Strength Name: Perfect Eyesight
—Description: Matty's eyes are more like cameras, able to zoom in and out of scenes to a decent degree and capturing around 100 megapixels of information at once. This visual acuity isn't lowered any while she's supporting the party through Remote View, and what it means in combat is that she can pinpoint one of an enemy's unique traits when analyzing them. I.e. when using Analysis but not Full Analysis she might discover one (1) of the enemy's skills chosen at random, or if using Full Analysis instead of seeing just skills and weaknesses she might see one of the enemy's Blocked, Repelled or Absorbed elements instead, also chosen at random. If using Full Analysis with Third Eye, this strength has no effect.

—Weakness Name: Glitched Systems
—Description: Matty’s internal files have suffered permanent damage and are irreparably encrypted to a point where it would take even the most advanced ships thousands of millions of years to even get through one of them. She has effective amnesia, given that even she can’t access her own memories.

—Weakness Name: Drowning Reflex
—Description: Matty can’t swim. It’s not even that she’s never learned, she’s simply too heavy to do anything close to swimming; running? She can do, but the minute she’s bogged down by something she immediately sinks like a rock. When hit with a Water-based attack of any kind, there’s a 20% chance of lowering her Agility by 20%. When her Agility is down by any amount, Matty is unable to dodge incoming attacks. This doesn’t affect her hit rate.

—Weakness Name: Childish
—Description: Matty is… well, very childish. She’s easy to anger, easy to make cry, easy to rile up in general, and worst of all that extends even to her combat potential. Like a kid, whenever she’s riled up she becomes emotionally unstable and begins throwing a tantrum… which, ultimately, means she’s 15% more susceptible to the Rage ailment.

The Background

History: Matty’s past is… a mystery, plain and simple. She’s an ASSW that’s disconnected from the main hivemind that most of the machines are bound to, but she was simply floating through space unconscious prior to being picked up by the S.S. Philemon. Her serial number, displayed on the small of her back, reads PHD-02. Searches for that serial number in captured ASSW databases returned very little information besides what the first two letters mean, given they’re common in designations for mass-produced machines: Papillon Heart.
