What you must know about me for the purposes of this demonstration are my base stats and the Plug I will be using to demonstrate concepts so simple I cannot comprehend your minds being unable to wrap themselves around them.” The girl says, running a hand through the hair hanging from her hat. She speaks in a harsh, dismissive tone, obviously holding herself above you, but she’s here to show you around the concepts of PiS, so you must endure a bit of stepping over. “VERY WELL! I, as a lifeform feeding off of the cognitive, am, of course, the best choice to introduce you to these cognitive concepts, in a matter your feeble brains may understand. For the purposes of this demonstration, let us assume I’m using the basic stats and an unraised Persona Plug, which I never would under normal circumstances, but these aren’t really such.”- Mysterious Hat Girl:

Appearance: A special pair of 12 inch black metal claws with a red tip that can transform into a 60 cm grey koala bear weighing about 15kg.
Background: Drop Bears are Koalas in Australian folklore that are extremely carnivorous and preys on unsuspecting victims who walk under there trees and eat them. The myth was made to scare tourists visiting Australia. The idea was popularized after a museum had an entry for Drop bear that had a serious tone like the other entries in the museum.

Ability Name: First Life
Appearance while in First Life: (Does your appearance change or do you take any interesting traits while in your First Life state?)
Description: When the user's health gets lower than 30% they automatically go into a powerful state called [First Life]. This happens once per battle and powers all their damaging moves by one tier. This mode lasts for three turns regardless if their HP recovers past the 30% mark. [This ability evolves into Last Life upon reaching Level 3 with the Plug].
Skill 1: Surprise: At the start of each of the user's turn Drop bear inflicts tier 1 slash damage to one random enemy (This skill cannot crit) | Passive | tier 1 (unlocked at the start; gain 23 HP and SP, 8 in all other stats, 8 to distribute)
Skill 2: Surprise Attack: Slash attacks have a 20% of inflicting the panic ailment. | Passive | Tier 2 (unlocked at the start; gain 23 HP and SP, 8 in all other stats, 8 to distribute)
Skill 3: Rolling Slash | Inflicts a moderate amount of Slash damage to one enemy with a 10% chance of skipping their next turn (boss immune). | 19% HP | Tier 2 (unlocked at the start; gain 23 HP and SP, 8 in all other stats, 8 to distribute)
Skill 4: Panic Boost | Increases odds of instilling Panic by 25% | Passive | Tier 2 (This skill is unlocked by upgrading the plug to Level 2; gain 24 HP and SP, 9 in all other stats, 9 to distribute, +2 Ppstr)

Skill 6: Pint-sized Slasher | Inflicts a large amount of Slash damage one enemy. Deals double damage to targets inflicted with Panic | 18% HP | Tier 3 (This skill is unlocked by upgrading the plug to Level 2 and must have used this Persona Plug an additional 15 times in PvS combat; gain 24 HP and SP, 9 in all other stats, 9 to distribute, +2 Ppstr)

Its fur is dirty and I hate to be in contact with it, but it’s one of the Plugs we had at the ready, so I MUST. Look at its stats. It has NONE. What a weak entity. If I were to equip it now, I would gain no stats at all. However… observe...”

“While I have Drop Bear loaded, its stats are added to my own and I can freely change my Plug into Drop Bear. While I have Drop Bear active, I can use any of its skills and its passives apply to me. Additionally, its Arcana buffs apply to me, thus I will receive Drop Bear's Temperance Arcana boost so long as it's my active Plug. Note that [loaded] and [active] are two different terms. Any Plug brought into the dungeon is counted as being [loaded] or [equipped], however you’d prefer. However, only one Plug at a time can be [active]. Only the active Plug’s passives and Arcana buffs are applied, so I would only gain the benefit of Drop Bear’s Temperance Arcana while I have it active. Also notice the total Rating listed as 2/5. As my Module’s maximum rating is 5 and Drop Bear’s rating is 2, I would only be able to load an addition of up to 3 more ratings worth of Plugs. Also keep in mind the Module’s maximum capacity is 3, so you will never be able to load a total of over 3 Plugs at any time. Meanwhile, all of the loaded Plugs' stats are applied.”
