An ominous aura radiates off the knight in the sand as the staff escorts the group to the play area.

"Alright, listen up. We've got a lovely selection set up here. But before we get started, let's do role call. Is everyone here?"

Walking up timidly, Tomomi stepped in line, ready to play the game. "Um... So, d-do we g-get a safety briefing first or s-s-something?"

Trinity walked up dragging a massive mallet behind her "May We use this to strike him instead?" she asked simply.

"....Albrecht you are a strange man..." Eryka shook her head before she saluted, her two piece doing little but exposing the full extend of her musculature but distressingly? The scaring from her amputation surgery. However, despite how such a thing would be something a good deal of people may feel was worth hiding, Eryka was nowhere near as vain or concerned with her appearance.

Lupin walked while wearing nothing but black shorts, that's right ladies no shirt, just a slim body. while he was walking by noticing a strange looking helmet sitting in the sand with people surrounding it. Lupin decided it was a good idea to speak up. "Oh hey guys what's up." Lupin then turned his attention to the helmet on the ground. "Do anyone of you know what this is about." Triboulet then appeared from Lupin because why not, he wasn't bound by canon. Nothing overtly bad is going to happen. Triboulet while wearing his Tropical outfit of red robes and flower pattern and sandals revealing his old man feet. Triboulet still has his half melted clown mask, Trinity and Tomomi might be able to recognize Triboulet through his voice alone.

Triboulet then decided to speak up "I think this some sort of game Lupin. I think we need to do something about the edgelord over there." Triboulet then gestured his right arm towards Albrecht. "So do we kick him?"

As each individual announced themselves, the staff member ticked them off a checklist.

"Oh, that's cute, you think we care about your safety. Here's a tip little guy...if you think you're in any sort of danger, run. Because you probably are!"
Their tone was disconcertingly gleeful.

"No, miss, you can't. That isn't a regulation mallet. Set that aside, for now.

"Yes, it is entirely necessary. If we don't account for those present, we don't know how many casualties we need a search party for."

As Lupin wandered in with nary a clue, the game runner narrowed their eyes, before scribbling his name down. "Just listen up kid, mmkay? The persona is on the right track."

"So!" They clapped their hands. "Now that you're all here, we can begin! Just pick something from our lovely selection, and take a spot around the grumpy knight over there. Then, on the count of three, hit him with it til your chosen item breaks! It's very simple!"

"Now, take your pick! I'm sure you'll be happy with the options. There should be a little number tag on whatever you pick up, so tell us what it says."

Lupin went straight for the gun. Just shoot the bastard until he is dead. He can't get angry if he is a corpse. This is probably the most fucked up idea Lupin has thought about, but hey what can wrong.

Lupin then yelled. "I call dibs on number 2, doing 2."

Lupin then rushed up to the gun and grabbed it and started aiming at the knight.

Trinity made a beeline directly for the large mallet and as she returned she read the tag on it "number 5" she said in her monotone voice

"Hmm....which of these would be the most effective...I'll take eleven." Eryka grasped the baseball bat that would serve as her choice of arms before making her way towards the buried Crusader. She stood at five o'clock, if the way Albrecht's face was facing was 12 o'clock, and raised her bat ready to bring it down on the helmet. She was waiting for the count of three, estimating how much force she should put into the swing.

"U-um... I-I guess I'll... T-take number 10?" The boy stammered, suddenly regretting his choice for showing up as he picked up the duster and stood ready the bop.

"Excellent! Now, on the count of three..."

"One!"

"Two!"

"Three!"

As the count ended, hell broke loose. Gunshots rang out, the bat cracked against Albrecht's helm, and feathers snaked in through every crack, carrying sand with them.

But then the hammer slammed down, and the knight's helm rang like a bell.

The sound didn't stop, ringing out for longer and longer, the echo of the bell growing ever louder. The ground started to tremble, an aura of oppressive dread pressing thick into all in the area, all while the bell continued to toll.

The ground exploded, and the oppressive presence receded...except for Trinity, who would find herself subject to the laser-focused fury of a vengeful god.

The sirens of an ambulance trail off into the distance as the leading staff member beams cheerfully at the group.

"My, you all work fast! Well, no matter. Time to continue! We have everything set up again, so go on! Second verse, same as the first!"

Back in the sands, Albrecht eyes the group as they make their selections.

"Holy shit Trinity!" Lupin looked on in absolute horror as to what just happened. maybe pissing off Mr big and brooding crusader was a bad idea. Triboulet then popped out again to help explain to Lupin the purpose of the game. "Okay I think I understand how this game works now, we have to hit him while avoiding the items that would anger him, the last person standing wins."

Lupin still looked horrified. "Guess I am next to go then." "Might as well make it count.

Lupin placed the gun back where it was then rushed towards the watermelon.

"Lucky Number 4, he can't hurt me if he can't see me and my persona."

Triboulet actually went behind the chair holding item number 2. "I am supporting you from a safe distance Lupin, don't worry I am sure the big meaty muscles over there will spare you on the account of being so funny."

Lupin is ready to hit Albrecht with a watermelon.

"....The fury of human kind is not to be aroused...especially not when it is this man I see..." Eryka blinked, a little concerned and amused with the sheer display of righteous fury she witnessed. This game seemed incredibly dangerous if Albrecht's unchecked fury was enough to require an ambulance..but it was too late for doubts now. Eryka perused the items on offer and deciding to shake things up she went for the surfboard.

Number eight is my choice.

Panicking as one of the fellow competitors was knocked out, Tomomi gulped, preparing himself before shakily picking up the tennis racket.

"Please don't kill me..."

The runner scowled at Triboulet as they snatched the gun and emptied three rounds into the persona, leaving it to disappear back into Lupin's mind as they set the gun back down on the deck chair. "There we go! Can't be having with that!"

"Now, as before..."

"One!"

"Two!"

"Three!"

Items snapped, splintered and splattered against Albrecht, making a mess, but at the end of it all, neither the fragments of surfboard nor the chunks of watermelon leaking from his helm seemed to faze him as he repeated his chant.

"Well, that went well! Alright, throw that broken garbage away, we can restock later after one of you gets beaten bloody!"

Somehow, the mood felt lighter. Maybe the remaining players would escape unscathed now that Trinity had taken the brunt of the knight's fury?
