This boost will last for the next four turns and will be taken into account when she heals/buffs any member of the party (including herself). It does not stack on top of itself and can only be acquired once per battle.

—Strength Name: Prideful —Description: Cecilia's arrogance can get grating, but at the same time it can come off as a reassuring display of confidence. Upon entering the start of a dungeon, she has a 50% chance of increasing the courage of an ally of her choosing by one level for the duration of a single topic. If the dungeon is exited or Cecilia leaves the party then this level boost will disappear from the individual.
—Weakness Name: Pacifistic —Description: Cecilia cannot and will not bring herself to harm a living being. The violence she witnessed during the Eternal Divide fucked with her developing mind to the point where the mere thought of hurting a living entity on any level or scale sickens her. As a result, she can never attack someone directly regardless of the circumstances. Her soulbound cannot be used to inflict damage, she doesn't get to carry a side-arm with her, her Persona can't use attack skills, she can't slap/punch/stab someone, etc. It doesn't matter if she's about to die or even if it means the downfall of the government -- she simply cannot bring herself to stain her hands with the blood of another. And while she does accept it as a necessary evil and will allow the rest of her party to kill, she will always advocate for a more peaceful route if her opinion is asked for -- especially when it's humans she's dealing with.

Through her own madness Seshat was still able to function well enough to erase the words of guffaw from above Officer Frost and bring his mind to normalcy. It wasn't enough to save herself though. And through tears of laughter and the sucking of wind into her lungs she could see the terrorist charging a grand attack. She could save everyone else but not herself... and it was hysterical. "Hmmhmm, hmmhmmheeheeha...! I-! I can't-! I caaaaaaahahahahaaaeeee!" And again her mind was restored by guiding light, but not her own. Maria had spared her this time, but unlike last time there was no time for compliments. "Aheheh-*gulp* Take cover! Now...!" she shrieked, bracing herself for impact. Susan had no earthly idea what this man may do, but whatever that was could annihilate them if they weren't prepared for it.
Priestess Arcana: +5% to Tactical Support skills. Rearguard: Support skills (tactical skills, healing, buffs and debuffs) receive a 5% boost in terms of potency (if they refer to percents in how they work.) and your SP and Luck will be raised by 40%. However, in the Rearguard your attack stats will be lowered by 50%.

—Strength Name: Glorious Melee Combat —Description: There's nothing more manly than two warriors shanking each other with a piece of metal, at least that's what Albrecht thinks. This love for melee combat makes the Forgotten even more effective at it granting a 10% Dex damage with melee soulbounds.
—Strength Name: Langschwert —Description: As one of the Black Lions, Albrecht received intense military training and his weapon of choice was the long sword. He know effectively how to use one and various techniques, such as half-swording and sundering. This strength allows Albrecht to perform two dexterity attacks in combat.
—Weakness Name:Melee Fighter —Description: Despite having accesses to ranged weapons, it is far from being his field of expertise, his focus on melee combat required that he sacrificed some ranged combat training. Gun attacks deal 10% more damage.
—Weakness Name: Not GLORIOUS MELEE COMBAT —Description: Gun fights are alright, if you are into that sort of thing. Certainly not nearly as good as GLORIOUS MELEE COMBAT. Albrecht deals 10% less damage with Gun.

Another mistake was made. They had been conditioned to prepare for an attack and that was just what the terrorist had wanted. He used the opportunity to knock them off their feet, but what he did next was incredibly unfortunate.
He became greedy.
His greed would be his undoing, as the random swirling energy that manifested robbed him of his strength. If he could create a situation in which to capitalize on, so could they, and this was the best one they were going to get. Susan pulled herself to her feet with her aching head and drew Seshat from her mind. The paper ghost would press a mark into Officer Frost's back, soothing his ache from the mental assault with reassurance that they could not fail here if they made the right choices. The businesswoman would speak in a determined yet quiet manner.
"Officer Frost, Maria. I need you to prepare to fight as hard as you can on my signal. I will guide your strikes and ensure that the terrorist cannot dodge them, but I can only do so for a limited time and I will be vulnerable when it ends. This is a risky maneuver, but the longer this fight goes on the more risk we face fighting this enemy. He... h-he has outsmarted me. Pure tactics have failed, we will rely on overwhelming force."

As the businesswoman's mind ache she could feel the anxiety build. Everything was dependent on her and her strategy. If this failed they would die here, possibly along with everyone else in the studio. But if this were to succeed they could continue to "T" and win his game. They would save the day. Susan could not imagine herself saving the day, she was the sidekick at best. A pit grew in the bottom of her stomach. This had to work. There were no other options. If things went sour she could potentially change tactics and narrowly avoid defeat just as she had done before, yet that was unlikely. She would be blamed, she would cause the deaths of nearly half of Class Three. It would be all her fault and no one else's, she accepted that responsibility as tactician. This had to work. It had to work for the sake of everyone here.
