Soul Skill Name: Dispatched in Mankind's Darkest Hour Persona Name: Svalinn Tier: Tier 1 Cost: Passive Type of Damage: N/A Description: If an ally's health drops below 25%, the effectiveness of Cecilia's healing and buff skills will increase by 10%. This boost will last for the next four turns and will be taken into account when she heals/buffs any member of the party (including herself). It does not stack on top of itself and can only be acquired once per battle.
Invigorate 1 | Recovers 3 SP on each user turn | Passive | Tier 1
—Strength Name: To Protect and Serve —Description: Though Cecilia may not be able to harm and damage her enemies, she can utilize her soulbound in other ways. If she guards her soulbound shield will increase her PEnd and MEnd by 20% for the turn.
—Strength Name: Prideful —Description: Cecilia's arrogance can get grating, but at the same time it can come off as a reassuring display of confidence. Upon entering the start of a dungeon, she has a 50% chance of increasing the courage of an ally of her choosing by one level for the duration of a single topic. If the dungeon is exited or Cecilia leaves the party then this level boost will disappear from the individual.
—Weakness Name: Pacifistic —Description: Cecilia cannot and will not bring herself to harm a living being. The violence she witnessed during the Eternal Divide fucked with her developing mind to the point where the mere thought of hurting a living entity on any level or scale sickens her. As a result, she can never attack someone directly regardless of the circumstances. Her soulbound cannot be used to inflict damage, she doesn't get to carry a side-arm with her, her Persona can't use attack skills, she can't slap/punch/stab someone, etc. It doesn't matter if she's about to die or even if it means the downfall of the government -- she simply cannot bring herself to stain her hands with the blood of another. And while she does accept it as a necessary evil and will allow the rest of her party to kill, she will always advocate for a more peaceful route if her opinion is asked for -- especially when it's humans she's dealing with.
—Weakness Name: Prejudiced —Description: Cecilia will refuse to negotiate with Demons unless no one else in her party is willing and/or able to.
—Weakness Name: Sweet Tooth —Description: Cecilia has a love of sweets and will take her sweet time (no pun intended) enjoying the flavor. HP recovering items restore 5% less HP than they usually would.

Searing Burn | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a burn ailment with each agi skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc fire. Susan did not speak for some time, even when inquired about her condition. Not that she wished not to speak on it, it would be wise to fill her teammates in on her condition no matter how shameful. But it hurt to speak, as much as she had to explain she would rather remain silent to conserve her energy. The soft glow from Seshat bounced off the corridors as she led the way to the next mirror, softly reflecting a glare from its surface. The silent woman pivoted her head as if too look around, looking backward past her comrades with an empty gaze as if looking through them to see down the corridor. Her mind was not on them at the moment. It was on the problem, and its solution. As she took the mirror and began to move it along the track finally did she speak.
"...I will be fi-iieeeh," her voice broke as it failed her, "*hmmmrrmmm!* ...I will be fine. ...The light source is this way... I can tell... because we did not encounter one on our paaa- ...*hhrrmm* ...path, and the angles of the mirrors point this way towards the cro-aaaaah... ...c-crossroads." The business woman spoke in a quieter tone and her voice continued to crack as she attempted to fill her team in about her conclusion. When she was finished speaking she displayed a pained look and rubbed her throat with her free hand. It wasn't going to get any better, not tonight, Lord help her if she had to yell a warning but this was not important. The hostages and "winning the game" was important. Susan sighed through her nose as she moved to continue, looking back and waving over her shoulder to non-verbally urge her teammates to follow her.
Strength: Professional Courtesy - Charm and Rage have their success rates lowered by 15% against Susan. Strength: I'm the One in Control! - Once per withdrawal from Persona Overdose Susan can choose the target of a skill she uses instead of rolling randomly. She makes this choice after rolling for her target. The skill is still rolled randomly like normal.
Weakness: Not According to Plan - Panic and Fear have an extra 15% chance to succeed against Susan. Weakness: Rip Off the Bandage - When Susan is suffering the negative effects after Persona Overdose she loses 10% of her total HP every turn. This damage can and will knock her unconscious if she isn't careful but it can't result in her death since her Persona won't willingly kill its host.

As the group approached the room, they would notice a large stage light with a dim weaker light that barely stretched far outside of the room. To the side of the room, there was what seemed to be a control box that has lines and wires that crawled up to the ceiling...

Susan would nod toward her comrades but wouldn't speak for the duration of their travel. The businesswoman would need to make special considerations for the future and begin bringing lozenges and water to drink for this situation. ...in fact staying hydrated was important for any physical activity, she should have already brought water. As should everyone. She would make an effort to put a bug in the Cadets' ears concerning it in future lengthy endeavors.
Just as she surmised they had tracked the source of light to its origins. With a flick of the switch they would "win the game" and be able to proceed. I-If she was correct, that is. Wordlessly Susan approached the fuse box that controlled the light and pushed the slider upward.

As the light turned up, it flashed forward past the room and into the several series of mirrors. Eventually it hit a mark. The air seemed to change somehow, as if it was beginning to feel more clear than before...

When Susan turned up the slider she could watch the ray of light bounce off the mirror down the hallway. With nothing to obstruct it the beam would travel just as she had expected it to and hit its mark. A simple puzzle, really, but she surmised it was supposed to be easy. The purpose of this obstacle was in fact to be an obstacle, to waste precious time and to distract them from their real goal of securing the civilians and capturing "T". It certainly accomplished that feat. Soon the miasma began to lighten, though it may just be the weight from her shoulders as the businesswoman was relieved to find she was indeed correct. Winning at this "game" did accomplish something for them. Though it got her thinking. There must be something to accomplish here, she couldn't be so trusting. Yes, there was a puzzle to solve that would allow them to progress but why did it need to be solved? Wouldn't a good terrorist completely blockade them? Though that would leave him without an escape route...It would require more thought. Games were meant to be won, the rules of the game were simple: capture "T" before he can do anything drastic. Their win condition was easy to figure out, capture "T". His win condition was a little obscure and she surmised the game was over when the Cadets were overwhelmed and he could do as he pleased. He promised to let this be "an honest game" and so far it appeared as such, which would need further consideration.
Why would he be honest? Why wouldn't he cheat? Did he need to cheat or was he acting in favor of himself by playing by his own rules? They were in fact playing by his rules which left it up to question, they didn't know the rules and he did. By adhering to some strange pattern of thought that they could not recognize they would unknowingly penalize themselves by breaking rules they didn't know existed. This is what she had assumed happened with the mirror with the other team. They "cheated" somehow and were penalized, or penalized by the normal rules of the "game". The key to being successful in this endeavor was to learn and exploit the rules of "T"s own game. She would need to speak to him more in order to learn his quirks and pathos. But that would come later. For now the oppressive air was lifting and time was of the essence. As she approached with Officer Frost Susan would shuffle to a stop with her weapon raised as she'd done before, pointing it toward the enemy. "Stop where you ar-ahack ahack!" she coughed into her arm rather unimpressively.
