Heya! I'm your friendly neighborhood Larsinny, a demon here to keep you updated on the current debacles going on within the site! Okay, maybe not debacles... Anyway! The Endymion Plot, our Third Main Plot, is underway! We also have our sideplot taking place called Junction! If you're a new member looking to join the new plot, you will want to choose Endymion. However, if you're interested in our sideplot, you may also join that one aswell. The choice is ultimately up to you! The Dungeon Master of the Junction plot is CWIS and the DM of the current Endymion plot is Godai and Grantus.

All templates on the site have been updated, and this also includes the rules aswell. When referring to the rules, please disregard any that say "Old" or "Obsolete" as we are no longer using those rules for the Endymion Plot. Oh, don't be mistaken! I love breaking the rules! But in this case, follow them or erasure!

These are the skills your Personas have the potential to learn. They are separated by different tiers that will determine how much energy is expelled and how strong the move is. **Note instant death light and dark skills do regular damage to other PCs in PvP combat, however take a look here for more info - http://newarcana.forumotion.com/t875-1hko-s-in-pvp

Elemental ailments are boosted only by your Arcana latent boost, and not by boost skills or amp skills. You can only have one boost and one amp, not two amps nor two boosts on the same Persona.

When using skills that use physical and magic, you will take the total number of damage that would be done from each side, and then divide them by 2. Taking that number (if it's a decimal, round down), that will be the damage you perform.

For Example: Your ppstr is 15 and your pmstr is 11. Tier 2 for 15 would be 22 and 11 would be 16. Combine these into 38\2 = 19 damage from both attacks.

When it comes to the opponent's defense, you will use their individual defense (PEND & MEND) for each of the numbers to get the real total of damage. If someone is weak to one of the forms of damage you're doing, then that specific side will do double damage. If the opponent is strong to one of the strikes, that specific number will be half as strong. HOWEVER; if the opponent blocks either of the attacks they block them both - same goes for reflection.

Infernou | Moderate physical (strike/pierce/slash you choose one and it stays that way when on your app) and Agi damage to a single opponent. | 16% HP | Tier 2

 ** Searing Burn | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a burn ailment with each agi skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc fire. Takes 15% of total health off the opponent each turn, for three turns. Can be put out by a bufu skill used on self that matches tier. Effects do not stack | Passive | Tier 1

Tornadou | Moderate physical (strike/pierce/slash you choose one and it stays that way when on your app) and Garu damage to a single opponent. | 16% HP | Tier 2

** Hindering Gust | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a wind based ailment with each Garu skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc Wind. Adds 20% chance of miss towards the opponent's next attack. In PvS this translates to a lower visibility thanks to wind in someone's eyes, and can cause aiming problems. Blizzarou | Moderate physical (strike/pierce/slash you choose one and it stays that way when on your app) and Bufu damage to a single opponent. | 16% HP | Tier 2

  **Frost Bite | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a freeze ailment with each bufu skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc ice. May cause freeze that makes your next attack undodgable. Wears off the opponent's next turn. [in PvS - in PvP it lowers opponent mobility and agility by 15% and partially freezes them in place until their next turn].  Can be put out by an agi skill used on self that matches tier. Effects do not stack. | Passive | Tier 1

  **Static Shock | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a zio ailment with each zio skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc zio. May cause static shock that makes your next attack a guaranteed critical if a physical attack. Wears off the opponent's next turn. Effects do not stack. | Passive | Tier 1

**Multi-Hit skills such as Kill Rush will always have atleast 30% chance of missing, regardless of stat comparison. This rule transfers over to Human Skills aswell.

   Infuriate | 25% chance of inflicting the Rage ailment to all enemies. If successful, enemies will go into a blind fury and attack the user and their (users) allies with physical attacks. Cannot summon their Personas, and dex stat  is raised by 15%. Those affected take 20% more damage. Wears off in 3 turns. | 10 SP | Tier 2

   Marin Karin | 25% chance of inflicting the Charm ailment to one enemy.  If successful, enemy will attack allies (with soulbound weapon) or heal user for 3 turns. | 5 SP | Tier 1

   Sexy Dance | 25% chance of inflicting the Charm ailment to all enemies. If successful, enemy will attack allies (with soulbound weapon) or heal user for 3 turns. | 10 SP | Tier 2

**Charm in PvP saps the opponent's SP by 25% each post and transfer over to the user of the ailment.


   Tactical Skills

(Dungeon Specific) When used out of a dungeon, this scan has a radius of 15 meters around the user. The range of this skill stacks the more times the user has it under their Persona.    Remote View | Allows user to locate, speak with and monitor allies no matter the distance within a dungeon. User can create a virtual "phone call" with their Persona that allows everyone to talk to each other at once.    Call of the Shadow | Used to sway a weaker Shadow to the user's side; adding it to their current party. Only two Shadows may be used in total (some may refuse your will).    Escape Route | Automatically exit or enter a Dungeon no matter where you. Yourself or All Allies. | SP 55 | Tier 3

   Gambler's Miracle | This skill can be either good or hindering when used during battle. It has a 10% chance of either [1] Recovering all HP and SP for allies, [2] Recovering all HP and SP for enemies, [3] Downing all allies, [4] Downing all enemies, [5] All allies attack, defense, and speed down by 30%, [6] All enemies attack, defense, and speed down by 30%, [7] All allies poisoned, [8] All enemies poisoned, [9] All allies distressed, [10] All enemies distressed | SP 25 | Tier 2

   Oracle's Blessing | User empowers their teammates with an enhancing aura right before an all out attack, causing the damage done to be doubled. | 10 SP | Tier 1

Heavenly Wind | User empowers their teammates with an enhancing aura right before their next attacks. This will make their next attacks unavoidable.  | 25 SP | Tier 3 [PvS only]

Luck Vigil | Higher chance of retrieving rare items from treasure boxes and shuffle times. | Passive | Tier 2

Pathway of Light | Every travel turn taken within a dungeon will recover 10% of SP for each party member being supported. | Passive | Tier 3

Zero Set | Next turn, all skills will have a cost of 0 for all party members [Not including self and 3 post cooldown] | 50 SP | Tier 4

Double Hustle | Showers the team in an aura of speed, allowing them to perform two skills/attacks in a single post. [Does not include self and has 5 posts cooldown] | 50 SP | Tier 4

Into the Void | Nullify all damage, except Almighty, for the next turn for both enemies and allies. [3 post cool down] | 50 SP | Tier 4

Eternal Melody | Extend all party stat buffs for 3 more turns [cannot be stacked - 5 post cooldown] | 25 SP | Tier 3

Invisible Patriarch | Creates an invisible layer that makes the party invisible to one group of NPC Shadows at a time. Allows the party to pass a Shadow's square on the map without battling them, and continue through the dungeon. Any sort of Boss Shadows immune. | 20 SP | Tier 2

Shuffle Time +1 | Allows the team to retry their shuffle time once each time. They lose whatever they previously gained if they attempt to use this skill. | Passive | Tier 1

Growth | A skill only for strictly support characters. If supporting a team, each use and demon/shadow defeated counts towards your rank ups aswell. | Passive | Tier 1

Tension Builder | A skill only for strictly supper characters. Skill can be used to boost the tension gauge by an additional level. | 30 SP | Tier 2

Redirection | A skill only for strictly support characters. To be used on an ally. Will direct all enemy attacks towards this ally for a single turn (excluding AoE - Boss may be immune and PvS only). 3 post cool down | 25 SP | Tier 2

Alarm Refresh | A skill only for strictly support characters. If an alarm goes off in a dungeon from a failed hacking/pick locking attempt, this skill will allow you to silence it once before back up arrives. This can only be used once per dungeon. | 10 SP | Tier 1

Mutated Skills:

**Mutated Skills can be equipped on to Personas at a Prime level or equivalent. For Forgotten/Rogues/Shadow Selves they may be equipped if a skill card is used to upgrade any of your skills. You can choose to mutate the skill you are upgrading and turn it into a mutated skill that's a tier higher than the previous skill it was used on. Mutated skills can also be earned through negotiation with demons and maxing out their Masks**

**Psychosis is an Infinite Jest only Mutated Skill Tree and cannot be used by any other class under normal circumstances. These skills do not stack. Once the timer is out for the damage over time, it must be reapplied. Those strong to ailments will take half damage to the damage over time than usual. If it's at 5% you won't take any damage at all. Those weak to ailments will not take double damage over time, you will still take the average damage. If you have an ailment healing skill, it can remove the damage over time.**

**You may still create your own Mutated Skills through the usual method of a soul skill. These are skills that are acquirable by virtually anyone if the conditions are met. There is a possibility more could be added depending on what's learned throughout the plot by various demons and NPCs**


   Nuclear Skills

If successfully hit with the bomb ailment, the next physical attack done to the enemy will be x2 stronger. This effect only lasts a single turn and can be healed by your typical ailment healing skill. | Passive | Tier 1

**BrainShock | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a *Numb* ailment with each Psyche skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/etc Ailments. If successfully hit with the numb ailment, the user can activate the BrainShock. BrainShock takes all the damage you've taken from the damage over time throughout the entire fight and deals it to you all at once, all over again, while they still are able to make another move their turn. Once used, they must once again accumulate damage on you, as if they used this skill immediately again they would have lost the previous accumulated damage with the last use of BrainShock. This effect only lasts a single turn and can be healed by your typical ailment healing skill. | Passive | Tier 1

If successfully hit with the weight ailment, the opponent will be unable to dodge any attacks. Their own attacks will also have a latent 30% miss rate added to them aswell. This effect only lasts a single turn and can be healed by your typical ailment healing skill. | Passive | Tier 1
