'Samson' is a tall ( 6'8 ), muscular dark skinned man. Prior to awakening, he wears a simple grey hoodie, along with black jeans and grey lace up boots. His hood is usually up during this time. His eyes are dark brown, and he is bald. After awakening, he goes for a far different outfit. He doesn't wear a shirt, and wears long white pants, with a red 'sash' tied around his waist. His right arm, and the right side of his back, up to his neck, are covered in cybernetics, due to his Weapon. He has white paint on his face, and left shoulder. He wears opened toed black boots.

Personality: A mostly stoic, quiet man. He has a great love for battles, from boxing to back-alley brawls. He has no respect for weaklings, or anyone opposed to violence as a valid means of settling a problem. A former boxer, he spent SEVERAL years in the ring, and as such learned a number of things about respecting an opponent. He can come off as bloodthirsty and brutal and combat, because...well, he is. He has an 11 year old daughter, and around her he acts fairly different. He plays along with what she wants, though if anyone were to tease him for playing with her, he'd probably get violent with them THE MOMENT her back was turned.

He loves fighting games as well. He peppers a LOT of fighting game references into his attacks, and what he says in battle, though it will NEVER compare to thrill of a real fight.

Weapon Description: A large mechanical gauntlet fitted over his right arm. Mostly gold, with spikes on the shoulder, and knuckles. As it covers his arm from shoulder to hand, it is quite large. It is three and a half feet long. The fist part itself is about one and a half feet wide, and the spikes on the knuckles are about 5 inches long.

The Background

History: An orphaned boy with no real name, 'Joe' was taken by a research company for the purposes of being tested on. For 12 long years, he suffered at their hands, until he was 18, when he finally managed to break out. There was a power outage in the area, and while the guards were busy trying to get everything back online, he slipped out, with all others being left. As soon as he was out, he figured out he had to do SOMETHING for money. It started with underground cage fighting, and then grew. He was eventually scouted for a REAL Boxing league.

For the next five years, he was a true boxer. He quickly rose up the ranks, under the ring name, which he then adopted AS his name, 'Samson'. He was brutal in the ring, an unrelenting force. He beat down opponent after opponent, eventually meeting a woman after one match, and falling in love. They were soon married, and had a daughter a year after. When he finally reached the top, he retired, coming to the conclusion he would never find an opponent who could truly challenge him.

Since then, he has lived with something boiling under his skin. A drive to find a worthy opponent, no matter what it would take. After the Great Divide, he found something that really drove him. Something that made him feel excited for the first time in a long time. The prospect of a good fight.
