Appearance: He is about 5 ft. 11 in tall, and weighs about 154 lbs. His red coat is a gift from his grandfather, and the inside conceals his smithing tools. It also holds a small cache of sweets made by Annie (a.k.a subject A-2). His hair is neatly maintained each day, and hates getting it messy.. The outfit itself is made for mainly stealth, being practical and ready for combat the way Asano likes it. True it shows no signs of a demon weapon, but that's because the hood hides the fact that his mouth has become like that of a lion's.

Personality: Asano is, for all intents and purposes, a neat-freak. A total perfectionist when it comes to crafting his weapons, the slightest error will send him into a rage. He cannot stand any sort of mess either, being a very organized person, and will often tidy up around him when bored. He is brutally honest and blunt to the point of coming off as rude to people, though if prompted correctly, he can give surprisingly sound advice. He has a secret love of sweets, though, the likes of which he will go to any length to keep secret.

He is mainly aloof though, rarely speaking, but when he does, he does so in a terse manner, as he prefers not to interact with people any more than he has to because he considers unnecessary interaction with others a waste of time, something he abhors. To him, everything he does has a purpose, and he would like to keep it that way. (The only exceptions to this would be his grandfather and the other 2 test subjects he was with at the lab.)

He has a immense pride though in what he does, and insulting it unjustly in any way, implied or otherwise to his face is one of the few ways to get him to snap completely. Even his Grandfather is afraid when this happens, because when he snaps, he does not hesitate to utterly verbally destroy the person, and he has to restrain himself from wanting to cut them.. He does not, however, make accusations that he himself cannot back up concretely, because those always result in a mess for him.

For customers looking for his services, whether it be to organize some event, or forge some decorative piece of weaponry (or otherwise) he treats then cordially, and takes great care to give them what they want (within reason). Provided that, of course, they’re willing to pay.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading on the history of weaponry (except for guns), metalwork, maintaining his tools, cleaning, building (then painting) plastic model kits of various types of figures, and eating sweets.

—Description: As an Organized person in everything he does, he has a fairly good grasp of how to clean things, filing things, etc. As such, his mind is clear and resolved, giving him a 15% boost to resisting fear.

—Strength Name: Blacksmith Supreme
—Description: Asano is at his best when forging things in a forge. As a result, he can forge weapons with great skill and degree that he can use in battle. (For himself only, not for shop use). (Lets him craft one piece of armor or accessory, or one soulbound weapon. Requires a 1000 word Creation thread, and takes up a time of day as well as requiring additional parts depending on piece of equipment/weapon/accessory)

—Description: Since his Demon Weapon is embedded within him, what it does as a defense mechanism is that it lets him shapeshift his hands into blades that can be up to 4 ½ ft. Long that are just as hard as the real deal.

—Description: As a result of being a dedicated Iaijutsu practitioner, he has better reflexes and is much faster with a blade than most.
As such, he has a 15% boost to luck.

—Description: He utterly hates messes with a vengeance. Messy people to him are the sort that, unless they're customers, he absolutely despises being near. His pride does not let them persist for long near him, considering such things as things that need to be resolved immediately, and insulting it is a very easy way to get him mad. As such, he is 15% more like to get afflicted by rage.

—Description: For all his skill, his many edges have caused people to stay away from him. As a result, he has a hard time making friends.

—Weakness Name: Core Dependency:
—Description: The core part of his demon in his stomach is immobile, and embedded into his immune system. As such, his Demon Weapon cannot move at all from where he is, meaning that taking too many hits to the core part can easily kill him. Even the slightest crack in it could cause him to fall unconcious due to his immune system becoming compromised. As such, he ends up having to switch to a defensive position to keep it from being hit there. If it were to be hit with enough force to damage it (which would take a rather powerful blow to do), the demon weapon and Asano would feel immense pain powerful enough to potentially leave them unconcious for a day at least. Since it also serves as his immune system, were it to be weakened, Asano would also be more likely to get sick and suffer more severe symptoms than others. Thus, he has to be careful when he picks his fights, lest someone's suckered punch to the gut winds up being the blow that knocks him out. Something he hates having to do sometimes, but he does it because the alternative would be winding up flat on his ass like nothing else.
Attacking the blade's it forms from his hands does not affect the core, as those are remote extensions of it not connected to the main core.

—Description: The above skill at dodging is only against physical things. Magic throws him off badly, and it also reminds him of how his parents died to magic, thus his hatred of it. As such, he has a 15% less chance to dodge magical attacks.

Side-Arm Description: A black, sleek looking pistol custom-built for firing .22 caliber bullets. It's not something Asano enjoys using, thus, he uses one of the most powerful handguns in the world to just get it over with.

The Background

History:(At Least 2-3 Paragraphs)
Asano was born as the only child to a rich family of Scientists. The boy back then was a fun little one, spoiled sweet like nothing else by his parents, who were two scientists specializing in Genetic Engineering (his mother) and Virology (his father).
He also was born with an incredibly weak immune system.
What this meant was that the boy had to be homeschooled, and he still often got very sick.

When Asano was 12, his grandfather managed to persuade his parents to hand Asano over to a special company that would try an experimental treatment that, if it worked, would make the boy finally able to keep up with his peers in the outside world.

Or at least, that's what he was told.
Instead, he was branded as subject A-3, and effectively turned into a human guinea pig.
As subject A-3 of the process he was put through, he suffered pain like nothing else through the many procedures they put him through in the process.
But he endured, amazingly, through over a year of such procedures.
The result was that he was implanted with a ‘core’ of sorts formed from a demon that was put within him that would act as a new immune system, and make him stronger than the average human.

On what would have been his last night in the lab, though, the divide came along. When the demons burst into it, nearly everyone in the lab was indiscriminately and gruesomely killed. By some miracle, the three subjects of the program and Asano’s grandfather all survived.

But the damage the boy suffered mentally from seeing his parents and the rest of the lab staff, many of which had been kind to him, slaughtered, was done. He was never quite the same, throwing himself into anything that would take his mind off of them as a coping mechanism. This became his intense obsession with organization overtime.

In the 5 years in between that, Asano’s grandfather, Yonoji, managed to take care of the three. Asano for his part, took up blacksmithing as a specialty, the boy’s keen eye for detail and precision making him able to craft very fine blades. He also took up hiring himself as a event coordinator for hire online on a suggestion from his Grandfather.
He crafts these blades and other weaponry as a side job, considering them his pride and joy.

This is similar to Paige's shop of armor creation, so try to come up with either a way to separate the two or make a new strength altogether. No two person can have the same skill that gives them the same shop.

As such, his Demon Weapon cannot move at all from where he is, meaning that taking too many hits, particularly around that area can easily kill him. So does this mean that attacking the weapon itself can potentially kill the character, make the Shadow stop doing things for a bit, etc? Be sure to be specific.

What kind of materials? Cause this still sounds like it is like to be a shop like Paige's with the only distinction being that they are real weapons.

So does hitting the core cause it to die or just cause injury like unconsciousness? Cant be both.

Also what kind of weaponry. Remember that boosts wont affect a real weapon and I believe there is a shop with that similar quality.

As long as the weapons can't be used to fight with that strength is fine. If they can be used in battle they need a time constraint.

Also the core breaking would mean death for the player? As long as that is what you mean by that then it's approved. Just make sure you know when you get hurt there and act accordingly.

If you can craft non spulbound weapons then your armor will also be non soulbound. I.e no supernatural benefits and crack and break on a single supernatural attack.
