She stands a rather disarming 4'0" tall, and keeps her blond hair in a rather messy state, though she brushes it and cares for it, she doesn't seem to take the time to style it in any real manner, leaving a rather large cowlick on her head, Her large bright blue eyes seem to glint with what might be ether mirth or madness it's impossible to tell which, and her pale skin seems nearly doll like as do most of her features.

Clothing wise she likes to wear her uniform at all times, feeling uncomfortable and unsuited to anything else, the uniform is one she takes great pride in, and she makes sure it is immaculate and taken care of, any rip or sign of wear is immediatly repaired, and it always has the look of having been freshly pressed.

Personality: Illumina is the type of person to listen to the rules, and to follow them, though she is also the type the take advantage of those rules if the need to is convienent to her goals, despite her normally calm and by the rules approch those that know her or have worked with her before know she enjoys fighting, to an almost disturbing degree, she is also fairly arrogent about her and her own comrads, if she has worked with them long enough, capabilities.

Though this tends to have her make comments that some would find, off putting, it doesn't seem to hinder her desicion making abilities nor does she let that Arrogance overcloud her jugment.

She perfers capital punishment to simple lectures if subordinates (of which she only has a few, being mostly the children of familes that work for her own family) having a bit of an extremest streak when it comes to these moments.

—Description:Having learned several military strategies, and herself seeing other basic things as mere obstacles, Illumina tends to focus on the leaders, gaining more knowledge from fighting them as she studies them during the fights, gaining a 10% EXP boost from boss battles

—Description:Illumina has been a fairly blessed child, able to avoid trouble from the simple merit of skill and no small amount of luck, though she hates to admit the luck part. this imparts her with a 15% bonus to luck

—Strength Name:Double time
—Description:Trained to march and how to properly increase her speed without tiring herself, Illumina can travel faster in dungeons then most others, allowing her to travel twice the distance normally allowed per post.

—Description:Illumina seems to have prenatural luck, in so much as good things seem to always happen to her, wether or not she wants them to, her luck is increased by 15%

—Description:Due to her rather abrasaive personality Illumina doesn't tend to work well with others at times, or rather, peopel tend to not like her strict attitude, because of this unless the teammate has a rank 3 social link with her, they cannot intercept an attack meant for her.

—Description:Due to her immaculate standards, Illumina only buys things that are high-quality, this of course means the price of such items is 5% higher then normal

—Description: Due to her smaller body she isn't as durable as others, giving her a 15% reduction in her HP

The Background

History:Illumina was born into a family that had a military tradition, one that her father continued even though there were nolonger any formal army, so instead he joined the police service, her mother supported the rather militaristic home life and helped ot raise their daughter to be well versed in the topics of such things.

Eventually her father left the force and simply started a ranch out in east eden, however he never stopped the military like precision that he held in his heart and mind and thus this was the environment that Illumina grew up in.

Illumina herself took to the teachings rather well and wholeheartedly, even getting the kids of the families that worked for hers on the ranch, making sure they acted in a way "becoming of a proper soldier" though she took to the whole thing far more seriously then the parents of the children had thought any child would, to the point where she was issuing corpral punishments on the other kids with they didn't listen or didn't measure up to her standards, most fearing her to much to tell their parents, and also being to scared to stand up to the much shorter girl. even now she still holds say over a lot of them, even though she remains the shortest of them they all are scared of her.

She joined the academy in an effort to join the cadets, the closest thing she could see to a military presense in the city that a child could join, and this was heavily supported by her father and mother. Illumina's main goal is to get high ranked to the point were she can simply enjoy her life after that, and still hold to the tradition that her father holds so dear.

No passive exp boost for the party so you'll have to substitute it for something else. You also can't take a psssive increase in all qualities. One qualityyou can but you have to pick. Be sure to balance out the VC boost with some penalty in weakness relating to money.

I like the social link weakness but make it higher if you want it to balance well.

You also cant force an exp penalty on someone else. A stat penalty may work but not in growth.
