Persona Appearance: Badb has an ethereal mist that floats around the form of an old, crooked woman with long, gray, grimy hair wearing an old brown cloak. Her face though, is that of a crow along with her hands being like birds feet.
She's around 5 feet tall if she was standing straight up, but she has a hunched back, so it's like she's 4 and a half feet tall.

Persona Background: Badb Catha is one of the Morrigna, a trio of Irish war goddesses that the Celts revered. Badb often followed her sisters while cleaning up battle fields, removing the dead. She's seen as a bearer of bad omens, though she's not evil.

Type of Damage: N/A
Description: The user is able to psychically link to a bird that's somewhere around him, in a limit to 25 feet. As this happens the bird and the user are mentally linked for as long as the user isn't injured, doesn't attack anything, or doesn't fly out of his range, It also ends when 3 turns are up. It can be used for reconnaissance (him seeing and hearing through the bird's senses) but nothing else.
It has a cool-down of 3 posts as well.

You should add her height in appearance.

For the fusion skill, you'll either have to limit it, or only choose one effect. If you want a wind attack with a fear chance, then you'll have to lower the percentage. You could make it a 35% as an AoE skill. If you want more, it would have to be only the fear alone, which you could make a 55%.

As for the Soul skill...I'd probably suggest making it less situational. There is no guarantee that you will ever come across crows, and I don't think you'd be allowed to make up their presence whenever you want. Unless you're fine with just winging it, and hoping it'll get actual use. Crows are pretty specific to use.

Either way, you wouldn't be able to do that much. Either use them to see through their eyes etc. and transmit images, or use them as a way of casting a skill. Not both options at T1. Also, the giving control to others would probably not work in this case, since they wouldn't have the skill to do it like you do.

The Soul Skill shouldn't be both telepathy and getting a second pair of eyes since both of those abilities do not meld with each other. If you want telepathy you can make it a cost to use and have the ability to send thoughts up to a sentence or so at a time to a person, or if you wanted a second view through an animal, give it a use and make it only last three turns. Normally a Tier 1 skill wouldn't have both effects. You also wouldn't outright control the bird at Tier 1, but only be able to communicate a bit or see through their eyes.
