Appearance:"Frankie" stands rather tall at a height of 5'12 and a weight of 152lbs.Sporting pale skin as a side effect of his shadow weapon and black hair that goes down to the nape of his very neck. He stands firm and is always upright with broad shoulders combined with a wide chest. He carries scars on his body, the most notable one being on his face from previous "incidents" in his life. His facial expression often comes off as someone who looks down upon or doesn't really trust most of the people he encounters. Looking heavily at those he interacts with.

In his daily stroll among-st endymion Frank will sport a bright orange- black striped buttoned up vest over a peach shirt. Combined with a blue scarf, dark brown dress pants, and polished smooth clean black shoes. Sometimes going so far as to wear a large,thick dark pelted fur coat.

However when on duty in the field. Frank sports a black shirt, green scarf and a pair of dark grey slacks. Though the fur never left him. Instead wearing a lighter black overcoat with a fur trim around the neck area.

Personality: Frank my man is a professional type of guy. He knows how to wheel and deal if you catch my drift. A bit of a smooth talker who's had years of experience working things out and from the scar on his face, shows clear signs when he speaks of having dealt with serious problems. Though he never often reveals just what "gave" him the scars he has now. Frankie can be rather secretive about himself when it comes to interacting with others, though anything that's necessary in his job or his work alongside the cadets he has no problem sharing. He never hesitates to take advantage of a deal he sees in front of him and isn't above trying to use his negotiation skills to get what he wants. If those fail hey, he has his fists with him too.

Frank though,can be rather open about his desires to be at the top. Though he isn't the type to swindle his fellow agents or cadets or just about anyone who works with him out of their fair share of the deal. You help me I help you is a philosophy of his. Once you get him to support you. He wont shy away from anything needed of him, unless it's just plain ridiculous. Though if there's one thing Frank truly likes to assert. It's the governments reign over Endymion. The emergence of psyche terrorists pissed him off. He views them and people who attempt to act revolutionary with their current situation as nothing more than kids who haven't grown the hell up yet. Gladly taunting them in battle if he ever gets the chance should they encounter him.

Whenever Frank sets himself or those with him on a task. He makes sure like hell to get it done. Frankie's been born and raised in a hard working lifestyle, gettin lazy ain't in his protocol and it ain't getting put in for a long time. He doesn't hide his wealth either. Though good ol Frankie gives back to Community however he can. Supporting the funding of whatever needed. Also gladly filling in any roles the government needs in their current situation with all the problems outside and inside of Endymion.

—Description:Frank's shadow weapon takes the form of sandy skin grafts upon his hands. As a result his hands literally look like sand molded in the shape of a hand.Even mimicing the effects of sand as well,however it does not harm him. In practice however the shadow is a quasi-sentient kind which is merely the surface of his hands. His muscle and Tissue are still there. Though the shadow can't exactly come off.

—Strength Name:Heat Got Nothin on Me
—Description:Heat doesn't effect Frank much at all almost. Unless it's a severely intense temperature. As a side effect of Franks Shadow weapon was that it granted him resistance to hot temperatures. Nothing would really effect him unless it was a horrendously Arid environment, and even there Frank would fare better compared to others.

—Description:Most hits don't really effect him body wise. In terms of real world blows and the like. Frank has a large pain threshold and can be very enduring when it comes to being hit. Being able to take more and dish out more than a normal person.

—Strength Name:Sand Slash Baby!!!
—Description:Frank is a rather fast combatant due to the nature of his shadow weapon and how light weight it is. As a result, he is capable of attacking twice with his dexterity in the PVS combat phase, and in PVP he simply attacks quicker.

—Description:Frankie gives back to the community in alot of ways. Contributing funding from his own business to local projects, wherever funding is needed and goes out of his way to contribute, as a result he has a bit of a reputation for what he does. Granting him a special type of Charisma only someone like him could earn off his experiences. (Charisma Starts at Level 2)

—Description:Frank here just can't handle cold temperatures rather well. It's kind of why he actually wears his coat around him always in the first place. He's more sensitive to the cold than others, if he encountered an arctic like environment. The guy would enter hypothermia faster without special equipment of some kind.

—Description:Frankie here is a little too sure of himself when it comes to everything he does. He can come off as arrogant and may even be overwhelming to those around him.

—Description:Frank doesn't guard well against dexterity based attacks. During damage calculation he takes +15% bonus damage from Dexterity based attacks upon hitting him.

—Description:Frank is kinda old school with how he walks and talks and does just about everything. He's kinda bad at handling technology. So his Intelligence must Hit Level 1 Twice in order to Rank Up to 2.

—Description:His hands can be a real pain in the ass. He has to constantly wear gloves over them. Even then the insides of said gloves can heat up rather well due to how sand is. Alongside him being unable to touch people with his hands easily in casual conversation. the guy can't even shake your hand on the street.

History:Frankie was a young boy one day. Born to the DeCicco family. He was mean't to do something with his life eventually Being born in the state of California. Frankie was born into the Decicco family Business where he was raised from a young age about economics and dealing with people. He never really cared much for school or the like. As his parents raised him to just work hard, and earn stacks of money. The family business looked pretty appealing to him. As they had a good setup in MetalWorking. They weren't missing out on any luxuries of life and were rather loaded due to their success.

As Frank grew though the world became a cruel place. One day. On his home from work at the age of 26. He was ambushed from an alleyway by an unusual masked Assailant. Frank could defend himself pretty well, but he was so caught off guard. The attacker slashes him right there, but strangley. It wasn't him that got slashed bad...,but it was his hands. His hands got cut up in the scuffle and the man could barel ynoticed how badly they were bleeding. Feeling all light headed. He hurried away. He had to get to a hospital or something to fix what this freak did to him. Out of nowhere, he went unconscious and woke up in a bed. Suppoedly someone else took it upon themselves to take him in. A man, of unusual stature. Who offered to "fix" Franks hands for free. Though it seemed suspicious. Frankie trusted him, after all he couldn't resist a deal like that right?. Soon after though, Frank was knocked unconscious by some Anesthesia.Upon waking up though. Frank found himself in a motel room, and his hands covered by gloves. Almost seemingly better... When he took off the gloves though, the man nearly yelled out. His damn hands were freaking the Sahara Desert!He couldn't afford to be around his family or anyone he knew like this.It was unbelievable, and way too bizarre to understand. The man took a large chunk of his families fortune and set out for the city of Endymion. To make a new start for himself there. Not like It'd hurt him right? (At Least 2-3 Paragraphs)
