Appearance: A red-headed woman who seems to have a strong association with the color red, no matter how much she hates it. She is around 5.4 feet tall and 114 lbs. Usually she wears her hair in a pony tail with some bangs to the sides of her face. She is attired rather plainly with a white dress shirt with sleeves neatly folded up, dark dress pants, and some modest high heels. Her appearance makes her look like an office lady or even an “educated mom” according to some sources. She has a tendency to paint her nails a nice light orange. And speaking of orange, she also wears an orange overcoat at times when going around places.

The accessories that she has on her person is a simple white-leathered watch on her left wrist, a tear-shaped topaz gem necklace around her neck, a pair of modest orange earrings, and a pair of glasses. Of course, she does smoke from time to time. Usually she does look friendly and that’s usually a front she takes up when meeting new people and for business purposes.

Personality: Enigmatic and a tad bit schizophrenic, if that is the right word for it. These two characteristics may easily sum up the entirety of Touko’s personality. However, this ignores the other subtleties of her character. To start off, Touko is what you may call a Renaissance Woman. Being a very knowledgeable person, she is aware of many things and has a variety of skills that already makes her an impressive individual. But it is through these skills one may see different facades of her person as they manifest themselves depending on the situation. However, she seems to be a person that is easy to get along with in general just like any other individual, an easy-going person. Of course, she is also the whimsical sort.

However, she has her sides of herself where the worst of her can be seen. At times, she is incapable of empathy or even sympathy. A ruthless objective side of her can arise when the situation calls for it and for other situations she can be an emotional and subjective individual. It’s rather hard for a lot of people to actually pinpoint exactly what kind of person she is and thus it is rather difficult to actually make any meaningful relationships with her. But a perceptive person can notice her a pattern of her behavior from how she puts on or takes off her glasses. Though it is to be noted that anyone who calls her “Filthy Scarlet” are subject to seeing the worst sides of her character.

She has a fondness for paraphernalia to the point she may end up being broke and indebted for buying useless objects such as an ouija board that caught her eye that one night. This easily means she’s very loose with her money and has a tendency to be broke almost all of the time. But thanks to her own skills and knowledge in the supernatural, she seems to provide those who does favors for her a little trinket or piece of equipment in return. Though it does reflect her whimsical nature.

It allows her to understand something very quickly. Perhaps her most known skills are in the crafts of puppetry for art and for the creation of supernatural trinkets. And being an individual of her caliber and being notoriously curious of anything that catches her interest, she has always been up-to-date on the events so far in the war between the Cadets and the Terrorists. She may give her own advice out of her own whimsical nature.

—Description: She seemed to have once worked for the side of Philemon and Igor. However, she parted ways from them and have been traveling through several dimensions ever since. It was from her travels that she has a better understanding on how the world and the universe works. But it was her exposure to these dimensions that allowed her to create the Projection Machine as it is.

—Strength Name: Projection Machine
—Description: A suitcase created by her through her knowledge and skills of supernatural nature. It is a machine that allows her to create and give form to images that can interfere with the physical and spiritual plane. Meaning, any image she is able to retrieve and store inside the machine, it allows her to create a clone of that entity as a “familiar” that is still capable of using the abilities of the original or even better thanks to her tinkering. (This Strength will take up Three Strength Slots for the Service she’ll provide to anyone who is interested which will be manifested as a T4 Soul Skill instead of the T1 Soul Skill that everyone starts with, not sure if that's allowed or not. —Description: She is foremost someone who watches events happen. Touko has no interest in getting involved with the affairs of the Cadets and the Terrorists. All she will do is watch. But it takes a lot to force someone neutral like her to go on one side. Nevertheless, she will stay heavily neutral most of the time. But giving some cryptic advice isn’t out of her character to say the least. It is also to be noted that she is a businesswoman through and through. So she can be persuaded to do some favors if you give something in return.

—Description: Because of her personality’s unpredictable nature, it can be difficult to make any meaningful relationships with Touko. It will take a considerable amount of effort to be something worth being remembered in Touko’s perspective.

—Weakness Name: Filthy Scarlet
—Description: A nickname she hates to the point that she actually may kill someone. At best she may refuse to give her services to the offender. At worst, she may be planning their murder. No one will knows what’s going on in Touko’s head.

—Description: She doesn’t really value her life. From all her travels, Touko seemed to have a somewhat nihilistic perspective of things where there is no value in her existence. Another reason why making any meaningful connections to her will be difficult. And at the same time, she may put herself in danger in which one can say she is rather reckless.

—Description: No one really knows who she really is and it’s best to put it that way, especially when she has no plans to get involved in the battles between the Cadets and Terrorists.

The Background

History: Touko Aono’s origins aren’t known. In fact, one may wonder if she really does exist. There may have been rumors that she was once a witch coming from the Renaissance Era. Others believe she may be a sorceress coming from the time when the Gods and Goddesses have ruled the world. No one knows for sure. Hence her origins aren’t known or every going to come to the spotlight unless Touko chose to. However, it can be inferred that she probably has been a Velvet Attendant if one examines her capabilities in combat and from noticing her considerable knowledge in the supernatural and even through dimensions.

Whatever the case, she came to Endymion after the events of the Eternal Divide. Now she serves as a teacher at the Seven Stars School and runs an office—or rather an atelier— at the Reflective Grotto. Her allegiance is to herself. She does not care about the conflicts between the Cadets and the Terrorists. What one should note that she is an observer. And an observer only sits back and enjoys the show.
